Цель исследования -установить особенности гистологического строения и изменений гистоморфометрических параметров щитовидной железы крыс в период реадаптации после 60-дневного воздействия бензоата натрия. Эксперимент проведен на 90 белых крысах-самцах массой 200-210 г. Первая группа -контроль. Вторая и третья группы (группы Б1 и Б2) включали животных, получавших ежедневно 60 дней внутрижелудочно бензоат натрия в дозе 500 и 1000 мг/кг соответственно. Сроки эксперимента составили 3, 10, 15, 24 и 45 суток. Анализировали качественные изменения структурных компонентов щитовидной железы под микроскопом и динамику изменений ее морфометрических параметров. На 3-и сутки эксперимента в группе Б1 и Б2 выявлялись фолликулы неправильной формы, выстланные фолликулярными клетками кубической/низко кубической (преобладали в центре железы) или плоской (преобладали на периферии железы) формы. В группе Б1 коллоид в некоторых фолликулах организовался в центре и отсутствовал около тироцитов. Среди последних можно выделить эпителиальные клетки со светлой цитоплазмой без ядра или с темным (пикнотическим) ядром. В стенке фолликула визуализировались клетки со светлой цитоплазмой и уплощенным ядром. В группе Б2 коллоид имел неоднородную структуру, а также неравномерно распределен в полости фолликула. Последняя могла содержать единичные или расположенные группами скопления слущенных эпителиальных клеток, а также скопления эритроцитов. В группе Б1 к 24, 45 суткам в поле зрения наблюдалось постепенное уменьшение количества фолликулов с плоским эпителием под капсулой, а также количества клеток со светлой цитоплазмой, а в пристеночной области со стороны коллоида появлялись резорбционные вакуоли разного размера. В группе Б2 к 24 и 45 суткам наблюдалась аналогичная, но менее выраженная, тенденция изменений. Заключение. Степень выраженности и длительность морфологических изменений щитовидной железы в ходе эксперимента увеличивается с возрастанием дозы вводимой пищевой добавки.
