AbstractRelevance. In the radioactive contamination territory, any work must be carried out with mandatory individual dosimetric monitoring of participants using all the irradiation pathways. However, at present, the control of personnel exposure through the respiratory organs is not carried out due to the lack of methodological and technical support.Intention. To estimate the irradiation doses of personnel expected as a result of inhalation of transuranic elements during fires in the Belarusian sector of the Chernobyl exclusion zone.Methodology. The objects of research are aerosol particles containing 137 Cs, 90 Sr, 238 Pu, 239 Pu, 240 Pu, 241 Pu and 241 Am, formed as a result of hightemperature sublimation and combustion of fores...
This article contains the research information on Byelorussian inhabitants hair element structure. Some elements concentration in Byelorussian inhabitants hair is same as in European countries and other World continents. This fact take place in respect of such elements as Na, Zn, Fe, Ag, Cr and La. Concentrations of As, Mg, Sm, and W in Byelorussian inhabitants hair are within published average World levels. It is necessity of additional epidemiological investigation to account for high concentrations of Pb and Mn at hair of inhabitants of Narovlia town.
Medical ecology is a sphere of scientific and practical activity of a doctor of any description. It is necessary to carry out preventive measures of ecologically depending and conventional diseases. Legislative documents on preservation of biosphere and health of population have been worked out at the state level.
The present article discusses methodological issues and methodic principles of efficiency assessment of morbidity primary prevention in population. Reasons of inappropriate attention to the effectiveness of health care, both in Belarus and abroad, are analyzed. The main principles of highly effective morbidity prevention are regarded considering social, medical and economic effect.
