Фасование сыпучих продуктов малыми дозами в настоящее время применяется на предприятиях фармацевтической, пищевой и химической промышленностей. Разработка новых видов фасовочно-упаковочного оборудования для этих задач особенно актуальна для малых предприятий, которые занимают все большую долю в промышленности развивающихся стран, в том числе для Китая и России. В данной статье приводятся результаты исследования мехатронной системы объемного дозирования сыпучих продуктов малыми дозами. Проанализированы нормативные документы, регламентирующие требования к количеству фасованных товаров в упаковках и решена задача определения допускаемых погрешностей при дозировании продуктов малыми дозами. Разработаны рекомендации по настройке дозаторов с высокой погрешностью дозирования, позволяющие, тем не менее, обеспечить выполнение требований нормативных документов к количеству фасованных продуктов в упаковках. Исследована мехатронная система дозирования малыми единичными дозами, позволяющая к тому же дозировать дозы, кратные единичной дозе. Разработано программное обеспечение к системе дозирования по времени, представлены циклограммы работы, позволяющие связать производительность и суммарную массу дозы, кратную единичной массе дозы. Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований погрешности дозирования разработанной мехатронной системы. Предложено и показано, что при получении требуемой дозы, как суммы единичных доз, всегда обеспечивается выполнение требований ГОСТ Р 8-579-2001 к погрешности дозирования.
