Relevance. Today, in the context of global digitalization, the world IT services market is developing at quite a rapid pace and remains one of the fastest growing segments of the IT industry. Researchers of this market in their works describe direct dependence between globalization of IT services market and development of national economic systems. Thus, today it is most important to determine the key trends in the development of IT services world market. In this paper, the most important trends of the most significant segments of IT service market are determined and described, such as: IT consulting, system integration, custom software development, IT outsourcing, IT support, and IT education and training. Understanding and following the current trends contributes not only to the development of existing opportunities for companies’ growth, but also to the emergence of new ones, due to which the companies will not only retain, but also increase their competitive advantages on the global market. Goal. To identify and analyze the most important current trends in the global IT service market development, which contribute not only to the reformation of the market itself, but also to change in the relationship of its constituent elements. To systemize the latest trends in the global IT service market and evaluate them in terms of their impact on the economic development of the countries. Methodology. The methodology of system analysis, methods of structural, logical and comparative analysis are used in this paper. Results. The key trends in the development of the main segments of the modern IT service market have been determined and described. Among them, cloud computing technologies, cybersecurity and innovative business models are particularly important. Conclusions. It is obvious that the identified trends in the development of the global IT services market are critical to the effective performance of each enterprise both in terms of understanding, forming a business strategy, timely implementation of innovative business models, following the latest trends, and in terms of building up their competitive advantages in extremely difficult conditions on the global market.

В последнее десятилетие появляется множество сообщений о новейших информационных технологиях и их возможном влиянии на многие отрасли экономики, государственные системы, способы ведения бизнеса, образ жизни значительной части населения мира. В связи с этим систематизация и оценка влияния на экономическую жизнь новейших ключевых информационных технологий сегодня очень актуальна, так как помогает государству и компаниям формировать новое видение будущего и учитывать данные технологии в процессе стратегического планирования. Цели. Выявление и систематизация новейших технологий ИТ-индустрии, оказывающих непосредственное влияние на всю мировую экономику и ведущих к переосмыслению многих подходов в стратегическом управлении, к ведению бизнеса, изменению технологических процессов в промышленности, к пересмотру и последующему переформатированию бизнес-процессов. Оценка глобального рынка новейших ИТ-технологий с выделением ряда трендов и их возможном влиянии на экономическое развитие. Методология. Использована методология системного анализа, методы структурного, логического и сравнительного анализа, а также экономикостатистические методы, эконометрический анализ и моделирование. Результаты. Выявлены и систематизированы новейшие технологии мировой ИТ-индустрии, среди которых: облачные технологии, «интернет вещей», большие данные, роботы-консультанты, технологии обеспечения кибербезопасности, технология блокчейн, 3D-печать, технологии беспилотных транспортных средств и дронов. Дана оценка «зрелости» указанных технологий. Выполнен эконометрический анализ мирового рынка облачных технологий, на основе которого составлен прогноз затрат глобального рынка на облачные технологии до 2022 г. Выводы. Выявленные и систематизированные новейшие ИТ-технологии крайне важны для формирования экономической стратегии страны, а также бизнесстратегий, для эффективной деятельности каждого предприятия, наращивания своих конкурентных преимуществ как на внутреннем, так и мировом рынках.
The paper considers the process of digital transformations within the framework of creating a Digital Single Market in the European Union. The author uses standard tools to identify strategic areas in which the transformation of the European market takes place. The importance and relevance of the development of the digital economy for the countries of the European Union in the context of the deepening globalization process and the rapid development of information technology is emphasized. In the framework of stimulating the economies of the EU countries, as well as with the aim of improving the quality of educational, medical services and solving other social problems - creating a single information market without geographical barriers, simplifying and standardizing Internet trade laws throughout the EU, ensuring a favorable legal and tax environment to expand the electronic trade in goods, services, technologies, become paramount tasks. The paper analyzes the key areas on which the creation of Digital Single Market is based: facilitating the access of consumers and businesses to goods and services via the Internet throughout the European Union; creating favorable conditions for the development of digital networks and services and promoting the maximum growth of the potential of European digital economics. It is shown that during the transformations in some areas, certain successes have already been achieved: the abolition of roaming, the increase in the volume of online trade in goods and services, the cross-border portability of digital content, including the successful coordination of the use of the 700 MHz band for the large-scale implementation of 4G broadband communications, which will further facilitate the deployment of networks 5G in 2020.
