This article is devoted to development and production (on a lab emulsion plant) of six compositions of slow-setting bitumen emulsions for a slurry-surfacing mix. An aggregate composition for Type 1 (0-5 mm) and Type 3 (0-15 mm) slurry-surfacing mixes was determined and selected. Results of the slurry surfacing mix composition selected by the criteria of a mixture decay, cohesion strength build-up rate and material loss by wet track abrasion testing-on the basis of bitumen emulsions produced from both distilled and oxidized bitumen, using various emulsifiers and both hydrochloric and orthophosphoric acids, are presented in the article. Advantages of using slurry-surfacing mixes based on emulsion produced with orthophosphoric acid and Redicote C-320Е emulsifier were proved. Such a system either minimizes or eliminates in its composition the use of the mixture decomposition regulator and reduces the content of Portland cement. The application of such a system makes it possible to produce slurry surfacing mix on the basis of low acid oxidized bitumen made from light petroleum and rock material through the criterion of the total surface activity determined by methylene blue with high rates of mix curing, and consequently the transport rapid start on the arranged thinlayer coating. Besides, the wet track abrasion indices of this system are substantially lower than in traditional system on oxidized bitumen, and even lower in comparison with the system on distilled bitumen.
The paper considers the problem of creating a barrier-free space in urban agrorecreational eco-complexes for people with disabilities. Foreign and domestic publications on this and related topics are analyzed. The purpose of the research is set and the main tasks are defined in accordance with the purpose. Materials and research methods are defined in this article. The main terms and concepts are considered: vertical farm, low-mobile population groups, barrier-free envi-ronment, etc. The peculiarities of the criterion of accessibility, the criterion of informativeness, comfort are deter-mined. The requirements for urban agrorecreational eco-complexes design taking into account the needs of the people with limited mobility are analyzed and classified. The main means of barrier-free space in urban agrorecreational eco-complexes are determined. The main means of accessibility for the elements of the outdoor space of urban agro-recreational eco-complexes are analyzed: outdoor ramp, ramp exit, increased pedestrian crossing, lifting device, external stairs, parking space for a person with disabilities. The main means of accessibil-ity for the elements of the interior space of urban agro-recreational eco-complexes are considered: internal ramp, internal stairs, ramp, elevator, internal lifting device, escalator, bathroom for people with disabilities. The main means of universal (inclusive) design for elements of external and internal space of urban agro-recreational eco-complexes are revealed. Tactile elements of accessibility are considered: tactile guide strip, warning tactile strip, information tactile strip, tactile information pointer. Visual elements of accessibility were identified and analyzed: contrasting colored signs, information boards and informants. The sound elements of accessibility are analyzed: voice informers and sound beacons-alarms. An example of a voice informant combined with an information board and a tactile information index is presented. In accordance with the tasks in this article, conclusions are made about the main results of the study. Keywords: agrorecreation, ecocomplex, barrier-free, universality, design, means.
The paper considers the basic concepts in the reconstruction of airports and the public space formation. Certain terminology makes it clear that the concept of "civil space" as part of public space is formed in the open space structure. A special distinguishing criterion is charge free - the right to spend free time on a free basis to citizens and city guests. The peculiarities of the civil space formation as a component of public space in the city structure are revealed. The method of forming civil space during the airport reconstruction on the example of the Vovchansk city, Kharkiv region, is determined and worked out. The methods of civil space forming during airport reconstruction are carried out in stages: maximum collection of initial data, identification of problems and the main development vector, qualitative analysis of factors influencing the study object, determining the profitability of airport reconstruction, quantifying methods of reconstruction and forming a direct design solution based on the results. The first and second stages involve the initial data collection on the district planning and urban development prospects. Also, at this stage the main purposes and tasks of reconstruction are set, the type of functional filling of the airport is chosen. At this stage, the urban situation, infrastructure, socio-economic indicators and environmental aspects of the problem of the reconstructed area are analyzed. At the third stage, the site is analyzed, the topogeological features of the airport are studied, the main characteristics of the building planned for design and construction are determined. The fourth stage involves economic verification of the previous stages results. The fifth stage involves the methods selection for the direct reconstruction of the airport environment for construction. In the sixth stage, the typological direction of the construction object is finally chosen and a project is developed that takes into account the principles and research and creates conditions for their implementation through certain techniques and measures.
The article analyzes the types of common sports facilities on the territory of Ukraine. Analysis of the sports infrastructure of Ukraine for the possibility of conducting international partnerships in order to identify problematic moments in its activities and architectural and urban planning by an international center. All sports facilities in Ukraine were considered for the purpose of holding sports events in the sports that are part of the Olympic Games. The statistics of the prevalence of Olympic sports in Ukraine determined the dominant types in the regions, which makes it possible to predict the development of sports. The analysis of sports activity of the population was carried out according to the general characteristics of the existing sports infrastructure. Sports safety tables demonstrate the dominance of such sports as basketball, volleyball, athletics, football. Analysis of the sports infrastructure of Ukraine for the possibility of holding sports events such as facilities included in the Olympic Games, showing a sufficient level of provision with facilities and premises. Foreign documents for the construction and operation of sports facilities, regulatory frameworks for design demonstrate an important role in the organization and implementation of sports facilities for settings, regulations, non-documented means of access, uninterrupted access, organization of access, support for people with limited mobility, support for mobile devices. The comparative characteristic of modern foreign multifunctional sports complexes from the point of view of their functioning is given. Taking into account foreign experience, such features of the typological characteristics of multifunctional sports complexes are formulated as: urban planning direction, architectural and planning direction and functional and functional direction. The work consists of two parts. The first part examines the development of the sports environment and provides a classification of modern sports facilities. In the second part, the features of the typological characteristics of functional sports complexes are formulated.
The article gives a classification of sports and modern multifunctional sports complexes. The terminology of the concept of multifunctional sports complex has been unified. The analysis of modern domestic and foreign multifunctional sports complexes is carried out that allows to define a number of obvious tendencies of development of the sports environment. The construction of sports facilities is included in the general plans of cities in the form of microdistricts, districts and cities. A study of the development of modern sports complexes. Trends in the development of the spatial structure of the sports environment have been identified. The sports infrastructure of Ukraine is analyzed for the possibility of holding international sports competitions. It is determined that according to the existing norms and rules, all multifunctional sports facilities can be divided into main, auxiliary and devices-devices for spectators. The classification of multifunctional sports complexes by location in the structure of the city is given. Multifunctional buildings are, if possible, adapted for various sports. In order to determine the role and place of multifunctional sports complexes in the structure of the city, sports centers available in natural and urban areas were analyzed. The basic requirements to be presented to modern sports complexes at designing are defined. The work consists of two parts. In the first part, the development of the sports environment is studied and the classification of modern sports complexes is given. In the second part, the features of the typological characteristics of multifunctional sports complexes are formulated.
