В статье изучены генетические особенности Satureja hortensis L. (Чабера садового (огородного)) в климатических условиях Тюменской области. Цель работы-изучить Satureja hortensis L., в питомнике отборов выделить ценные источники по биолого-хозяйственным признакам: урожайности лекарственного сырья и семян, а также по содержанию эфирного масла. Новизна работы состоит в том, что впервые в климатических условиях северной лесостепи Тюменской области в питомнике отборов выделены образцы Satureja hortensis L. Почва под опытами серая-лесная, тяжелого механического состава. Предшественник-чистый пар. Под осеннюю вспашку внесено минеральных удобрений: Р 30 K 15 ; весной перед посевом N 30. Агротехника общепринятая. В питомнике отборов заложено 350 образцов Satureja hortensis L., из которых выделено 11 образцов этого вида по ценным признакам. За стандарт принят сорт Ароматный, площадь питания растений составляла 60х30 см. В питомнике отборов изучены 350 образцов чабера огородного (садового). По продуктивности лекарственного сырья (семян), а также по содержанию эфирного масла выделено 2 образца: № 3-1-3, 70,0 г с растения и № 4-2-4, 68,5 г (4,5 %) с растения, что превышало показатели стандартного сорта Ароматный на 48,6 % и 45,4 % соответственно. Данные образцы существенно различались по семенной продуктивности по сравнению со стандартом на 25,0 % и 50,0 % с растения, а по содержанию эфирных масел-на 23,3 % и 26,6 % соответственно. Выделенные образцы Satureja hortensis L. по биолого-хозяйственным признакам являются ценными источниками по продуктивности лекарственного сырья и накоплению эфирных масел.
