Das Dichlorid der Isocyanatophosphorsäure (I) (1 Mol) wird mit höheren Alkoholen (1 Mol) umgesetzt; die dabei entstehenden Verbindungen (II), die nicht isoliert werden, setzt man in Gegenwart von Triäthylamin mit einem zweiten Mol eines Alkohols zu (III) um und verseift weiter zu den Monoalkylestern der Alkoxycarbonylamidophosphorsäure (IV).
Die Dihexyl‐ und Diisooctylchlorphosphite (I) setzt man mit Natriumcyanat in Benzol/Acetonitril zu den Isocyanatophosphorigsäureestern (II) um (60%) und oxidiert mit Stickstoffdioxid zu den im Vakuum destillierbaren Isocyanatophosphorsäureestern (III).
