The influence of the health-improving feed additive "Gumel Lux" on the reproductive qualities of rabbits of the New Zealand white breed was studied. The positive effect of the feed additive on the increase in the weight of the nest in okrol by 11.67% compared to the control and by 10.57% when weaning rabbits at 35 days of age was established. The safety of rabbits under the influence of the health-improving feed additive "Gumel Lux" was higher than in the control group by 4.16%, and the milk content of rabbits increased by 1.5 times, respectively.
Feeding lactating sows with the probiotic supplements “Citexflor-1” and “Sgol-1-40” at 14.4–13.1 MJ of exchange energy released from digesting 1 kg of dry matter of feed mixtures included in the diet had a positive effect on productivity, nutrient digestibility and morphological and biochemical parameters of blood. The inclusion of adequate amounts of “Citexflor-1” enhanced milk production by sows in the second trial group compared to the control by 2.03 %, in the third by 6.6 % and in the fourth by 3.9 %, with the survival in piglets observed at 89–92 %. Supplementation of probiotic preparation “Sgol-1-40” was carried out, the sows showed to produce more milk by 5.8 % in the second trial group, 16.3 % in the third, and 20.7 % in the fourth group compared to the control. In the study of morphological and biochemical parameters of blood in sows in the first experiment, the erythrocyte number was greater in the third trial group by 6.2 %, and in the fourth by 4.7 %. In the second experiment, with probiotic supplementation of “Sgol-1-40” fed to sows, the number of red blood cells was 4.2; 18.1 and 32.1 % greater, respectively, along with hemoglobin level higher at 2.8; 15.3; 24.1 %, respectively.
Проблема скармливания высокобелковых кормов в составе комбикормов и включение в них природных минеральных добавок-одна из самых актуальных. Дефицит белка не только снижает продуктивность молодняка свиней и качество продукции, но и ведет к крайне высокому перерасходу кормов, удорожанию мяса. Поэтому в статье приведены материалы исследований по влиянию скармливания комбикормов молодняку свиней, в состав которых включены высокобелковые корма и природная минеральная добавка смектитный трепел, и раскрыто их влияние на продуктивность и переваримость питательных веществ. Установлено, что скармливание комбикормов с добавкой смектитного трепела в дозе 2,0 % положительно сказалось на увеличении среднесуточных приростов за период опыта, что составило на 3,54 % больше, чем в контроле. Переваримость органического вещества была больше в этой группе на 1,73 и сырого жира на 4,74 %, сырой клетчатки на 3,6 % в сравнении с молодняком свиней контрольной группы. Более эффективное использование питательных веществ привело к повышению продуктивности. Анализ морфо-биохимических показателей крови показал, что количество гемоглобина в третьей опытной группе, которой скармливали 4 % по массе сухой молочной сыворотки и 2 % смектитного трепела , превышало на 0,63 % в сравнении с контрольной группой. Количество минеральных элементов кальция и фосфора заметно превосходило в образцах опытных групп содержание кальция в крови при скармливании 1,5 % смектитного трепела было на 27,9 % больше (Р≤0,05). Заметим, что введение в состав комбикормов высокобелковых кормов и смектитного трепела в дозах 1,5 и 2,0 % способствует оптимизации биохимических процессов, в том числе белкового и минерального обмена.
The article presents data on a scientific experiment conducted on quails of the Japanese breed. Data on the influence of the prebiotic drug «BioAxel» on the physiological parameters of quails have been established. The dynamics of the live weight of quails when feeding different dosages of the drug is estimated. In the experiment, the positive effect of different doses of the feed additive «BioAxel» on the average daily and gross growth of experimental birds (by 8,2–16,5% compared to the control) was established. The most effective method was feeding part of the BioAxel (5% of the feed weight) plus another part (4%) with water. A comprehensive veterinary and sanitary examination of quail slaughter products was also carried out when using the prebiotic drug «BioAxel»in the diet. It was found that this drug does not have a negative effect on the quality of meat. At the same time, the indicators of biological safety are within the limits of the norm established by current regulatory documents. In terms of nutritional value, the meat of quails raised with the use of the prebiotic drug «BioAxel» exceeds the meat of quails from the control group. The content of essential amino acids significantly increased in poultry meat of the experimental groups, and the total biological value in the test with Tetrahymena pyriformis exceeded the control parameters.
