The effect of heat treatment for 3-180 min at a temperature of 425 °C on the phase composition and structure of the copper-zinc coating was studied. It is shown that during the subsequent heat treatment of the deposited layer, there is a change in the mass fractions of copper, zinc and electronic-type compounds, as well as the appearance of new phases. Heat treatment of the coating for 180 minutes leads to the fact that the resulting coating corresponds to brass CW508L in chemical and phase composition.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
