In this paper, on the basis of a multi-factorial theory, a six-element structure of the intelligence is presented as the basis of human intellectual capital. To assess the first element-the perception intelligence, a technique was developed using a questionnaire and a mathematical apparatus for processing the data obtained. The estimation of the perception intelligence on a small sample of university students is performed. The results of the assessment can be used to develop intelligence, improve communication and learning effectiveness. It is shown that there is a direct relationship between the level of perception intelligence and success in learning.
