ель исследования. Оценить характер жироотложения у беременных в зависимости от индекса массы тела в различные сроки гестации с использованием ультразвукового метода. Материалы и методы. Проведено УЗИ жировой ткани у 140 беременных в I, II и III триместре. Измеряли толщину подкожного и висцерального жира, рассчитывали индекс жира брюшной стенки, по которому судили о преимущественном характере жироотложения. Результаты и обсуждение. Установлено, что среди беременных с избыточной массой тела и ожирением преобладают пациентки с преимущественно подкожным типом жироотложения. Получены статистически значимые различия динамики изменений толщины жировой ткани в зависимости от исходных антропометрических параметров, которые в совокупности выражаются в увеличении индекса жира брюшной стенки у беременных с нормальной и избыточной массой тела, отражающим накопление жировой ткани преимущественно в абдоминальной области. У беременных с ожирением на протяжении всего гестационного периода отсутствовали достоверные изменения толщины висцерального и подкожного жира. Заключение. С помощью УЗИ жировой ткани установлено, что с ростом гестационного срока наиболее существенные изменения толщины жировой ткани происходят у беременных с нормальной массой тела и выражаются в накоплении жировых отложений преимущественно в висцеральной области.
