Crebenshikov Institute of Silicate Chemirtry, Academy of 8ciences of the USSR, Leningrad On the basis of experimental data of electrical properties and EPR spectra of V20, single crystals following values are found, the activation energy of the drift mobility E, F 0.16 eV, the resonance energy 3 = 0.01 eV, parameters of electron-phonon coupling cD0 = 10, and frequency of the optical phonons i wp .? 0.032 eV. The EPR spectra of three different CuZ+ centres and the spectrum of the radiation hole centre i n single cryst, als of anatase are investigated. The constants of the spin-Hamiltonians for all the spectra and the ground state wave functions are obtained. The conditions of incorporation into the crystal, the site of impurity in the lattice, and the mechanism of charge compensation are discussed. k3CCJIenOBaHM CneKTpbI 3nP TpeX pa3JIMqHbIX UeHTPOB CU", a TaKme PmMa-UllOHHOrO nblpOqHOr0 UeHTpa B MOHOKpRCTaJIJIaX aHaTa3a. An investigation was made of the EPR spectra of MOO, single crystals grown in air and in argon. I n the crystals grown in air and not specially doped no EPR signal was found. For crystals grown in argon a spectrum is observed due to electrons localized on two different sites of the lattice. This spectrum shows a hfs from a nuclear spin I = l/2. An investigation was made of the EPR spectra of MoOQ doped with Fe. The MOOQ crystals were obtained by means of slow cooling of MOO3 fusion admixed with 0.5% Fe 0 in the furnace gradient, 2 3MOO is orthorhombic (l), the symmetry group is PThe structure consist 3 bnm' of disturbed Moo6 octahedrons, the point symmetry is Cm.The epectrum was investigated with a standard radiospectrograph RJE 1301, 2 = 3.2 cm at 77 OK. Signals were observed also at room temperature. respectively, the z-axis being the common one coincides with the C -axis of crystal.
