В работе представлены сведения о встречах и отловах белой лазоревки (Cyanistes cyanus) в Амурской, Еврейской автономной областях и на сопредельной территории Китайской Народной Республики за период с 1970-х гг. по настоящее время. Приводится обзор распространения, констатируются особенности распределения вида на рассматриваемой территории. Наибольшие показатели численности (встречаемости) выявлены в поймах рек Зеи и Амур, окаймляющих южную оконечность Амурско-Зейского плато, наименьшие-на территории Еврейской автономной области. Обсуждаются некоторые аспекты экологии и биотопических предпочтений белой лазоревки, сезонная динамика численности и упитанности, сообщаются новые факты гнездовых находок в регионе и первичные данные о миграциях в пойме Амура.
Резюме. По имеющимся литературным сведениям делается обзор распространения лысухи Fulica atra в историческое время в Амурской области. На основе многолетнего мониторинга водоплавающих птиц установлен факт катастрофической депрессии популяции лысухи в конце 80-х -начале 90-х годов прошлого века, вплоть до полного исчезновения гнездовой популяции. Приводятся количественные данные из разных мест юга Амурской области, подтверждающие наметившуюся тенденцию возрождения гнездовой популяции лысухи в регионе. Высказываются предположения о возможных причинах исчезновения лысухи в Амурской области в конце ХХ века и восстановления гнездовой популяции с начала второго десятилетия текущего столетия.
