The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.
Wisata religi makam Ketaq terletak di Desa Monggas Kabupaten Lombok yang ramai dikunjungi oleh peziarah. Makam Ketaq adalah makam waliyullah bernama Tuan Guru H. L. Muhammad Shalih atau Datuq Lopan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan makam Ketaq dalam perspektif sapta pesona dan mengetahui apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengelolaannya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini terdiri dari juru kunci, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, Kepala Desa, juru parkir, pedagang dan pengunjung. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan makam Ketaq masih belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal jika ditinjau dari indikator fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan terutama terkait pengawasan dari Pemerintah Daerah. Sedangkan pengelolaan dalam perspektif sapta pesona belum seluruhnya terlaksana dengan baik terutama unsur tertib dan bersih area makam Ketaq. Faktor pendukung pengelolaan makam Ketaq seperti; banyaknya peziarah sebagai sumber daya finansial. Adanya sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya alam berperan penting dalam mendukung pengelolaannya. Makam Ketaq dikelola oleh Yayasan Keluarga Tuan Guru Lopan dengan Akta Notaris dan AD/ART organisasi yang resmi. Faktor penghambat pengelolaan makam Ketaq adalah adanya konflik ahli waris di internal yayasan, akses jalan dan lahan parkir yang kurang memadai, dan kurangnya koordinasi dan kerja sama dengan Pemerintah Daerah setempat.
The emergence of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) has caused countries around the world including Indonesia to experience problems in various aspects of life because the virus can attack anyone of any age (elderly, adult, children, infants, or pregnant women). The presence of this virus creates a new habit that gives rise to the term new normal with health protocols (wearing masks, keeping distance, and washing hands with soap in running water). Many people, santriwan and santriwati children have not implemented health protocols. The purpose of the service is to provide an understanding of the importance of applying Covid-19 health protocols to santriwan and santriwati TPA Baitul Jamaah Batu Kuwur Mosque to prevent transmission to others. The stage in this devotion began from communication conducted with ustadz who taught at the TPA Masjid Baitul Jamaah Batu Kuwur, asking permission to conduct observation and socialization. The next stage is observation, identifying problems by observing during landfill activities. The last stage is socialization, providing an understanding of the importance of state defense efforts through the application of health protocols. The results of the service showed that santriwan and santriwati did not implement health protocols during landfill activities because of their incomprehension about Covid-19. The socialization made Santriwan and santriwati's understanding increase in the implementation of Covid-19 health protocols.
Purpose: this study aims to describe the management of the Ketaq Tomb in the perspective of Sapta Pesona and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in its management. Methods: In this study, the data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis process involves several techniques, including data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. Results: This study found that the management of the Ketaq Tomb is still not optimal, especially regarding supervision from the Regional Government. Meanwhile, the management in the perspective of Sapta Pesona has not been fully implemented, especially the orderly and clean elements of the Ketaq Tomb area. Many tourists and organized human resources are supporting factors for tourism activities. Meanwhile, conflict of heirs, road access, inadequate parking space, weak coordination and cooperation with local governments are the main problems. Contribution: This study provides a description of implementing Sapta Pesona in Monggas Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok Regency.
