Tulisan ini membahas konstruksi tafsir tematik akademik dalam disertasi PTAIN, khususnya kerangka paradigmatis yang digunakan. Kerangka paradigmatis merupakan asumsi dan proposisi yang disusun sebagai cara pandang penafsir (penulis disertasi tafsir tematik) terhadap al-Qur’an sehingga mendorong dan mengarahkan dalam melakukan penafsiran. Dari delapan disertasi yang diteliti, ditemukan enam kerangka paradigmatis yang digunakan dalam menyusun metode tafsir tematik, yakni: al-Qur’an sebagai hudan (petunjuk); kesatuan tema al-Qur’an; historisitas al-Qur’an; kesastraan dan tekstualitas al-Qur’an; al-Qur’an sebagai subjek penelitian kualitatif; dan korelasi “Ayat” Kawniyah-Ayat Qawliyyah.
In a heterogeneus society, as in Indonesia, multicultural conflict contributed significantly to the crisis of culture and human right violations. Cultural interaction that is not harmonius or coercion between the cultural phenomenon of one over another has threatened the ideal of culture itself. Therefore, the required planting patterns in a more businesslike culture and heterogeneous to answer the crisis of culture. Awareness of multiculturalism and respect for human rights need to be inculcated in every student the education in our country. This paper attempts to describe how important and growing signicance of education in the world of multicultural education to be able to issues of conflict and human right violations are constantly palgued this nation.

Social media in this digital era has become a source of concentration in information. Not a few uses of social media as a source of knowledge in religious values (Islam). This study aims to discuss the practice of Islam in the global media era of social media convergence as a source of Islamic religious knowledge. The research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive-analytical methods. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the facts that we can see today, there are a lot of misleading, gossiping and immoral actions that originate from various content available on social media, of course, it becomes homework for all, especially parents, teachers and preachers so that they can help. educate the younger generation so that they become wiser and smarter in using social media. This study concludes that in a religious context, the convergence of social media as a source of knowledge has both positive and negative impacts. This study recommends all social media users to continue to adopt sciences whose sources of references and learning narrations are clear, especially on religious issues (Islam).
