Perkembangan gerak merupakan aspek penting dalam lingkup perkembangan anak. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan perubahan pola hidup dan pengaruh gadget yang menyebabkan anak menjadi kurang dalam melakukan gerak. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu usaha untuk menstimulus anak selalu aktif, memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi dan kepercayaan diri melakukan aktivitas gerak (Physical literacy) yang dilakukan sejak taman kanak-kanak. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan mengimplementasikan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi pada pembelajaran anak taman kanak-kanak dan partisipan berjumlah 150 anak. Permainan tradisional yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran terdiri atas tujuh permainan tradisional yaitu permainan lempar kaleng, permainan engklek, permainan lempar telur penyu, sumpitan, balap balon, estafet kelereng, dan bakiak. Penilaian dilakukan dengan teknik unjuk kerja menggunakan rubrik penelitian. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai 10843 (3.02) pada pertemuan I dan 11596 (3.22) pada pertemuan I dan telah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 753 point (0.21). Peningkatan ini terjadi disebabkan permainan tradisional menstimulus anak selalu aktif melakukan aktivitas gerak melalui bermain. Hal ini menunjukan permainan tradisional efektif dalam mengembangan physical literacy anak taman kanak-kanak. Effectiveness of traditional game modified to develop a physical literacy in preschool student AbstractMotor development is an important aspect in the scope of the child's development. However, along with changes in lifestyle and the influence of gadgets that caused children to be less in motion. For this reason, an effort is needed to stimulate children to always be active, have the skills, knowledge, motivation and self-confidence to carry out physical literacy carried out since preschool. The study was used the experimental method by implementing a modified traditional game on kindergarten learning and 150 participants. The traditional games used in learning consist of seven traditional games namely can throwing games, crunch games, turtle egg throwing games, blowpipes, balloon racing, marbles relay and clogs. Assessment is done by performance techniques using the research rubric. The overall results of the study obtained values of 10843 (3.02) at meetings I and 11596 (3.22) at meeting I and there had been an increase of 753 points (0.21). this increase occurs because traditional games stimulate children to always actively engage in motion activities through play. This shows that traditional games are effective in developing physical literacy of preschool student.
The characteristics of soccer which have a wide field and also a long duration of play require soccer players to have high aerobic endurance. Good aerobic endurance should be owned by every player in order to support a performance at the time of the field. There are so many exercises that can be used to increase endurance, but there is no reference for effective and efficient training methods for developing aerobic endurance. This study aims to test appropriate and effective training methods to increase endurance. The experimental design was carried out by providing a triangle run training method through walking, jogging and sprinting activities. The research was tried out on the Mensere BMC club, amounting to fifteen people. The results showed an increase in the aerobic endurance of soccer players. The increase occurred because the triangle run training method provided had similar activities in soccer, namely walking, jogging and sprinting, which made players happy and the training process, training program and appropriate training methods were possible, so that there could be improvements. The conclusion is that the triangle run training method can increase the endurance of soccer players.
This study aims to determine the effect of the somatotype of the Tarung Derajat martial arts athlete in the Fighter category on achievement. Quantitative descriptive research using survey method. Anthropometric manual tests and measurements to determine the athlete's body type. The research sample consisted of 8 male athletes and 7 female Tarung Derajat Fighters in the West Kalimantan category, held at the Satlat Mujahiddin, Pontianak City. The data obtained in the field is the results of the somatotype measurement test and the achievement of Tarung Derajat athletes, then analyzed using descriptive percentages to analyze. The study results were 46% with endomorph mesomorph body type, 40% central, 7% endomorph, and 7% ectomorph mesomorph with local, national, and international achievements. The conclusion is that there is no influence between the somatotypes of the Tarung Derajat martial arts athletes in the Fighter category on achievement.
Physical Literacy (PL) merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki siswa sebagai akibat adanya pergeseran capaian pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani (penjas). Akan tetapi, belum banyak bentuk aktivitas pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan PL. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menemukan aktivitas pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan PL. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi terdiri atas tujuh permainan yaitu lempar kaleng, lempar telur penyu, sumpitan, balap balon, estafet kelereng, bakiak, dan engklek. Penelitian diujicobakan terhadap siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu yang berjumlah lima puluh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam melakukan permainan, keterampilan gerak, kesenangan, dan secara kumulatif telah terjadi peningkatan pencapaian PL siswa. Peningkatan terjadi disebabkan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, disusun dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip dan aspek pengembangan aktivitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan permainan tradisional yang dimodifikasi dapat dapat meningkatkan PL siswa sekolah dasar.
Motor skills are important skills that must be possessed by every student because it has an influence on the overall student development. However, various obstacles that affect the achievement of students' motor skills often occur during the implementation of motor skill learning. The purpose of this research was to find learning activities that can stimulate motor skills of elementary school students. Experiments were carried out using One-Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Participants of the study were 126 first grade elementary school students, consisting of 76 males and 50 females aged 6-6.5 years. The sampling technique used the total sampling method. The data collection technique used the Test of Gross Motor Skill-Second Edition (TGMD-2) with an observation sheet instrument. The analysis employed SPSS 20 with a paired sample test. The results showed that there was an increase in the post-test mean score compared to the pre-test mean score with a significant increase. This increase occurred because traditional games used a play-based approach and encouraged students to use their motor skills. For that reason, traditional games are effective in improving motor skills of elementary school students.
