Garapenerako Lankidetza Deszentralizatuak, gaur egun leku askotan atzerakada jasaten ari den arren, garapenerako lankidetzaren ohiko erlazio eta jarduteak berritzea ekarri du; lankidetza-eragile eta harremanei arreta berezia eskaini die eta lankidetza eraldatzailea ahalbidetu duten aukerak sortu ditu.Garapenerako lankidetzarekiko konpromiso sendoenetakoa duen autonomia-erkidegoa izaki, Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoaren kasua esanguratsua da testuinguru honetan. Hori dela-eta, unibertsitateak EAEko erakunde nagusien garapenerako lankidetza-politikan izan duen papera aztertu da. Azterketa honek berebiziko arretaz barne hartu ditu ondorengo elementu biak: alde batetik, euskal lankidetzaren hastapenetatik gaur egun arte lankidetzapolitikak diseinatzeko orduan unibertsitateari esleitu zaion papera, eta beste alde batetik, 1988tik 2008ra doan hogei urteko tartean aipatu politikak ezartzean bete duen papera.GAKO-HITZAK: Garapenerako unibertsitate-lankidetza · Lankidetza deszentralizatua · Politiken ebaluazioa. For this reason we analyze the role universities have played in the cooperation policies of the main institutions of the Basque Country, on the one hand reviewing the role assigned to universities in the design of these policies, and on the other hand analyzing how the implementation of these policies has been conducted in a twenty years period .
