ÖZET: Murgul'un (Artvin) sucul böcek (Coleoptera) faunasını belirlemek için Murgul Bakır Madeni civarındaki üç lokaliteden Haziran-Temmuz 2020 ayları arasında örnekleme yapıldı. Toplamda Dytiscidae ve Hydrophilidae ait 12 tür elde edildi. Bunlardan 9 tanesi Hydrophilidae (6 Laccobius, Enochrus, 1 Hydrobius, 1 Coelostoma), ve 3 tanesi Dytiscidae (1 Agabus, 1 Deronectes, Hydroglyphus) ait türlerdir. Hydroglyphus pusillus, Laccobius (Dimorpholaccobius) sculptus ve Laccobius (Dimorpholaccobius) sulcatulus türleri Artvin ilinden ilk kez kaydedilmiştir. Çalışma alanında tespit edilen altı tür ile Laccobius, diğer iki cinse göre sayı olarak fazladır. Bu çalışma, madenden etkilenen habitatların biyotik ve abiyotik örneklerde ağır metal konsantrasyonu açısından değerlendirilmesi ve izlenmesi gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır.
İnsanlar tarih boyunca kendi bölgesinde yetişen bitkilerden çeşitli amaçlarla faylanmışlardır. İnsanoğlu, ilk zamanlar doğadan sıklıkla topladığı bitkilerin daha sonraları tarımını yapmaya başlamıştır. Bu araştırma; 2020-2021 yılları arasında Ardahan, Iğdır ve Kars illeri ve çevresinde yaşayan insanların sindirim sistemi hastalıklarında kullandıkları tıbbi bitkilerin kullanılan kısımlarını ve hazırlama yöntemlerini belgelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla yöre halkının tedavi amaçlı kullandığı şifalı bitki türleri toplanarak tespit edilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Geleneksel bitkisel ilaçlarla ilgili bilgiler toplanıp herbaryum materyalleri hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma alanlarına düzenli aralıklarla geziler düzenlenmiş olup, yöre insanları ile bire bir görüşülüp konuşarak anket çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Ardahan ilinde toplam 106 (39 kadın, 67 erkek) katılımcıyla görüşme yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların %19,43'ünün okuryazar olmadığı görülmüştür. Iğdır ilinde toplam 97 (33 kadın, 64 erkek) katılımcıyla görüşme yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların %20,34'ünün okuryazar olmadığı görülmüştür. Kars ilinde toplam 126 (55 kadın, 71 erkek) katılımcıyla görüşme yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların %11,95'inin okuryazar olmadığı görülmüştür. Ardahan, Iğdır ve Kars illeri ve çevresinden halk arasında sindirim hastalıklarında kullanılan 30 bitki familyasına ait toplam 77 tıbbi bitki taksonu toplanmıştır. Bunların 64 türü yabani, 13 türü kültür bitkisidir. Sindirim sistemi hastalıklarında en yaygın kullanılan tıbbi bitki familyalarının Asteraceae (13), Lamiaceae (7), Fabaceae (5) ve Rosaceae (5) olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Köklü geçmişe sahip olmakla birlikte, başta göç olmak üzere çeşitli sebeplerle hane sayısı azalmış köylerde sınırlı verilere ulaşılmıştır.Anah tar Ke li me ler: Ardahan; Iğdır; Kars; sindirim; etnobotani ABS TRACT Objective: Throughout history, people have used the plants grown in their own region for various purposes. This research; was conducted to document the parts and preparation methods of medicinal plants used by people living in and around Ardahan, Iğdır and Kars provinces between 2020-2021 for digestive system diseases.
