The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products to develop the pedagogic competence of undergraduate accounting education students as prospective teachers. E-Modif (Flipbook-Based E-Modul) is a digital book that combines text, images, video, and audio for accounting lesson planning courses. The design of this study used the research design and development of the ADDIE model. The results of this study indicate that students not only find it easier to understand the concept of learning planning, but also can know E-Modif as a real example of 21st century learning media, so they can understand the material in a real context. E-Modif is an alternative choice of effective and attractive learning media, in accordance with 21st century learning, which can be applied in online learning. Students can access E-Modif through smartphones which makes it easier for them to study anytime and anywhere.
Digital disruption does not only occur in the sector of goods and services industry, but also in education. One way to deal with digital in education is to make improvements in learning activities. This study aims to explore students' perceptions of digital disruption in their classrooms. This phenomenological study describes students' perceptions of digital disruptive in learning. The application of learning, the use of the internet as a source of learning, and the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology received positive responses from students, in the sense that students were interested and expected to continue to be applied by adjusting the latest technological developments. Online learning is perceived as more effective and efficient than conventional learning. While a focus on student perceptions, this paper also discusses how universities facilitate students in addressing real sustainability problems.
Research-Based Learning as a form of educational technology innovation can be applied to facilitate the teaching of 21 st -century skills such as critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration. This study applies research-based learning to business ethics subjects. The focus of research integration in learning is to prioritize content and research results. Learning is enriched with the results of the latest research related to ethical decision making. This study found that Research-Based Learning can improve students' critical thinking skills in studying business ethics. The results of statistical tests show that there is a significant difference in the average final test results of students as measured by indicators of critical thinking between research-based learning and learning with the group presentation method. In addition to having benefits in improving students' critical thinking skills, research-based learning also shows that students are not only important to have strong knowledge but also have the skills needed in the 21 st -century. The application of research-based learning is in line with the efforts of the State University of Malang as "The Learning University" which focuses on the excellence of learning innovation and competition. Having excellence in learning innovation can produce graduates who have high competitiveness in the realm of knowledge, attitudes, skills, and character (soft competence).
