Entrepreneurship development based on creative industries for women congregation majelis taklim (MT) in Kepek village is carried out using the PAR (Participation Action Research) method which aims to encourage creative minds by pressing questions and participant-oriented guidance. Entrepreneurship development for MT female congregation in Kepek Gunung Kidul village can be achieved well. Among others are; There needs to be a follow-up in a series of mentoring and skills improvement, both for the main and supporting the business. The potential for good local wisdom can be converted into economic values. Massive development of marketing networks needs to be considered in order to have a bigger economic impact on the surrounding community. The government is advised to support deeper exploration of the local economic wisdom of the people of Gunung Kidul so that it can have a direct positive impact on its residents.
Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) are very complex because of the variety of education held. Therefore, the role of the clerics as a charismatic leader in them is needed so that education can be sustainable. Qualitative research at pesantren At-Tanwir in Bojonegoro Regency uses data collection instruments in the form of; observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. For data validation, it was determined through an extension of the research time and the results crossing based on the research tool category
This educational history research is focused on the life, activities and thoughts of KH. A. Wahid Hasyim, a national hero of independence in developing national education in pesantren, an environment which he never left from birth to adulthood. In pesantren Tebuireng run by his family, he began to study and also applied his educational ideas. His contribution expanded to the national level after being involved in NU and national activities in his lifetime to serve as minister of religion including broadening understanding of Islam and its institutionalization in state activities. The idea of national education is based on the belief that the more languages mastered by students, the stronger the sense of nationalism in them. This needs to be balanced with the strengthening of local culture and religion in daily life.
This analytical descriptive study intends to see the formation of national characteristics conditioned in supporting learning milliu at PTKI characterized by the Nahdlatul Ulama organization that adheres to the noble values of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja). Mainly, the cultivation of nationalism which is characterized by religion in the tridarma of higher education that can be felt by students as adult students. The research is limited to the process of internalizing characteristic courses that contain local wisdom, or also known as NU-ness, at the Yogyakarta Islamic College (STAIYO) Wonosari. Case studies are conducted qualitatively. After the data from participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation were analyzed, it was concluded that the level of participation of students and all STAIYO academicians was very high. This is because they realize that in the future they will become community leaders who have to protect the religious reasoning as NKRI.
This study discusses the Description of Class Teacher Professional Competence at Mi Ma'arif Patalan and his Creativity in Improving the Professional Competence of the Class Teacher. This research is a field work (field work research) with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study uses observation, documentation, and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study through data reduction, data display, and verification. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that in general, the professional competence of teachers at MI Ma'arif Patalan which was sampled as many as six teachers by this writer is good enough, but needs to be improved again especially in developing professionalism in a sustainable manner by taking reflective action. Most of the class teachers at MI Ma'arif Patalan have achieved professional competence. That is because teachers creatively seek to improve their professional competence in the following ways: (1) utilize information and communication technology, (2) use reward and punishment learning methods, (3) develop themselves by attending educational seminars and discussions between the teacher, (4) is creative in making learning media, and (5) uses the natural environment as a source of learning.
