Küreselleşen dünyamızda yaşanan finansal krizler ile birlikte bankacılık alanında denetim ve gözetimin zorunlu bir hal aldığı görülmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 1974 yılında yaşanan Dünya Petrol Krizi sonrası 1988 yılında Basel Komitesi tarafından Sermaye Yeterlilik Uzlaşısı geliştirilmiştir. Türkiye'de 1989 yılından itibaren Basel I, 2006 yılından itibaren Basel II standartlarının kapsamlı versiyonu uygulanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, BIST'te işlem gören bankaların sermaye yeterliliklerine göre karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışma, 2012-2017 yılları arasında BIST'te işlem gören 13 bankayı kapsamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda bankaların sermaye yeterlilik oranları kullanılarak WASPAS yöntemine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak sermaye yeterliliği açısından Albaraka, Kalkınma ve TSKB bankaları en iyi; QNB Finansbank ve Denizbank'ın ise genelde düşük düzeyde oldukları görülmüştür. Yine, 2013 yılında sermaye yeterlilik düzeyleri ile hisse senedi getirileri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
ÖzetBu çalışmanın amacı, katılım bankacılığının performansı üzerinde etkili olan finansal oranları tespit etmektir. Bunun için, Malezya, Suudi Arabistan, Katar, Kuveyt, İran, Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri ve Türkiye ülkelerinin 2011-2015 dönemine ait yıllık verileri kullanılarak analiz yapılmaktadır. Yöntem olarak, Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) ve Panel Veri Analizi yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Veri olarak ise, Veri Zarflama Analizi için girdi değişkenleri olarak; toplanan fonlar, duran varlıklar, öz kaynaklar ve personel giderleri, çıktı değişkenleri olarak; kullandırılan fonlar ve diğer getirili aktifler kullanılmakta, Panel Veri Analizi için ise, bağımlı değişken olarak Veri Zarflama Analizi sonucunda elde edilen başarı skorları, bağımsız değişken olarak ise aktif kârlılık oranı, öz sermaye kârlılık oranı, kredi mevduat oranı ve borç oranı kullanılmaktadır. İn this research article, the determination of financial ratios that are significant on the stock market performance of manufacturing firms has been studied. For this purpose, 89 manufacturing companies were included in the analysis. Panel data analysis and annual data for 2013-2018 are used. In the study, market value-book value was taken as dependent variable. Liquidity ratio, current ratio, receivable turnover rate, asset turnover rate, stock turnover rate rate, short-term debts / long-term debts, interest and pre-tax profit / interest expense, asset return rate and return on equity were included as independent variables. The return on assets, which is one of the significant variables, positively affects the stock market performance of the manufacturing companies. The liquidity ratio, credit turnover rate and return on equity rates negatively affect the stock market performance of the manufacturing companies. It has the highest coefficient active return in the findings, while it has the lowest coefficient turnover rate. According to the findings obtained, it was find out that the variables of current ratio, inventory turnover, short-term debts / long-term debts, asset turnover, interest and pre-tax profit / interest expense did not affect the stock market performance of manufacturing enterprises.
This study attempted to determine the factors that affect the stock returns of industrial enterprises operating in the Istanbul Stock Exchnge. In addition, it was investigated whether the deteriorated economic indicators caused a change in investors' decisions in 2018. Design/methodology/approach-For this purpose, logistic regression analysis was performed for 2017-2018 by using the financial ratios of 147 enterprises in the industrial sector. In the analysis, the stock return rate as a dependent variable, and return on equity, market value / book value, price / earnings, receivables turnover rate, asset turnover rate, inventory turnover rate, debt ratio, gross profit margin, and main operating profit margin ratios as independent variables were used. Findings-According to the results of the analysis, equity profitability ratio had a significant effect on stock returns in 2017, while the debt ratio and the main operating profit margin ratio had a significant effect in 2018. Discussion-When the results of both years were analyzed, it was seen that the financial factors on stock returns changed, thus it can be said that there was a change in the investors' decisions.
