Base on evaluation in Bukit Kemuning Inpatient Health Center, the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) achievement scored of 67.29% describes the service quality is still suboptimal.Purpose: Knowing relationship between nurses' caring behavior towards patient satisfaction in Bukit Kemuning Inpatient Health Centre North Lampung RegencyMethod: A quantitative cross-sectional approach, the population of all outpatient who had experienced hospitalization at Bukit Kemuning Inpatient Health Center, with a sample of 282 respondent. The variables of this study were nurse caring behavior and patient satisfaction. The research conducted at the Bukit Kemuning Inpatient Health Center UPT North Lampung Regency. data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate (chi square).Results: Knowing the respondents' statement that nurses' shown caring behavior in a poor category of 162 (57.4%), patients unsatisfied of 140 (49.4%), There is a relationship between Nurse caring behaviors and patient satisfaction at Bukit Kemuning inpatient public health centre North Lampung Regency (p-value = 0.000 OR = 4.659)Conclusion: There is a correlation between Nurse caring behaviors and patient satisfaction: The impact of patients experience at Bukit Kemuning inpatient public health centre, for the Health Center management to consider for nurses' staff for conducting caring behavior training and improve health services.Keywords: Nurses; Caring behavior; Patient; SatisfactionPendahuluan: Standar kepuasan pasien di pelayanan kesehatan ditetapkan secara nasional oleh Departemen Kesehatan. Hasil pra survey yang dilakukan tanggal 5 – 9 Januari 2019 berdasarkan data rekam medis Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara tercatat tahun 2018 jumlah pasien yang melakukan kunjungan rawat jalan sebesar 11.169 orang dan rawat inap sebanyak 279 orang. Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara Standar SPM > 90 % dengan hasil capaian hanya 67, 29% sehingga dapat menggambarkan mutu pelayanan masih belum optimal.Tujuan : Diketahui hubungan perilaku caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien di UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara tahun 2019Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan Cross Sectional, populasi seluruh pengunjung Puskesmas, dengan sampel berjumlah 282 orang Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku caring perawat dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian dilakukan di UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara. bulan Januari – Juni 2019 . pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi square).Hasil: Diketahui pernyataan responden tentang perawat yang menunjukkan perilaku caring kategori buruk, sebesar 162 (57,4%) responden, kepuasan keluarga pasien kurang puas, sebesar 140 (49,4%) responden, Ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat terhadap tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara tahun 2019 (p-value=0,000,0,05, OR=4,659)Simpulan: Ada hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat terhadap tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di UPT Puskesmas Rawat Inap Bukit Kemuning Kabupaten Lampung Utara tahun 2019, bagi pihak manajemen Puskesmas sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk mengadakan pelatihan perilaku caring perawat guna meningkatkan pelayanan pasien.
ABSTRAK Gout merupakan penyakit metabolik yang disebabkan oleh kelebihan kadar senyawa urat didalam tubuh, baik karena produksi berlebih, eliminasi yang kurang, atau peningkatan asupan purin. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologik yang telah terbukti mampu mengatasi berbagai permasalahan kesehatan adalah akupresur. Akupresur yaitu tindakan pemberian tekanan ke titik khusus pada tubuh untuk mengurangi peningkatan kadar asam urat, menghasilkan relaksasi, dan mencegah atau mengurangi rasa mual. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk mendapatkan pengalaman dan kompetensi lebih dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan komprehensif pemberian terapi Akupresure terhadap penurunan kadar asam urat. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan menggunakan leaflet dan demonstrasi terapi akupresure. Terdapat penurunan kadar asam urat setelah dilakukan terapi akupresure pada penderita asam urat. Terapi akupresure sangat efektif dalam menurunkan kadar asam urat. Kata Kunci: Akupresure, Asam urat, Kadar asam urat ABSTRACT Gout is a metabolic disease caused by excess levels of urate compounds in the body, either due to overproduction, lack of elimination, or increased intake of purines. One non-pharmacologic therapy that has been proven able to overcome various health problems is acupressure. Acupressure is the act of applying pressure to a special point on the body to reduce the increase in uric acid levels, produce relaxation, and prevent or reduce nausea. The purpose of the study was to gain more experience and competence in the provision of comprehensive nursing care in the provision of acupressure therapy for decreasing uric acid levels. The activities carried out in the form of counseling using leaflets and demonstrations of acupressure therapy. There was a decrease in uric acid levels after doing acupressure therapy in gout sufferers. Thus, acupressure therapy was very effective in reduces uric acid levels. The association between waiting time and patient satisfaction in outpatient at public health centerBackground: Patient satisfaction is one of the indicators to measure health service quality. A prolonged waiting time influences the satisfaction of a patient toward health service quality. According to the data from the health agency of pesisir barat regency in 2016, the utilization of health centers was low, it is 26.7%. the utilization was lower than the Lampang Province utilization, 32.6%.Purpose: To identify the association between waiting time and patient satisfaction in outpatient at the public health centerMethod: A quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The population involved 134 patients registered at Bengkunat Belimbing Health Center. The data collection was through questionnaires. The data analysis by chi square test.Results: Finding the respondents average age was 40.80 years old with a standard deviation is 8,765, the range is 19-59 years, the most of male 58 (66%), the junior secondary education 53 (60%). ), farmer occupation 56 (64%), the type of for follow up 68(77%), the variable time between waiting and registration 20 minutes 50 (57%), waiting time for registration with consultation 20 minutes 44 (50%), waiting time for consultation 20 minutes 25 (54%), overall waiting time 60 minutes 29 (63%).Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between waiting time and patient satisfaction in outpatient at the public health centerKeywords: Waiting time; Patient; Satisfaction; Outpatient; Public health centerPendahuluan: Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur kualitas layanan kesehatan. Waktu tunggu pasien lama akan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan. Berdasarkan Data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Tahun 2016, pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan di Puskesmas masih rendah, yaitu 26,7% masih rendah dibandingkan pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan puskesmas di Provinsi Lampung yaitu 32,6%.Tujuan: Diketahui hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Bengkunat Belimbing Kab. Pesisir Barat.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional, dengan populasi seluruh pasien yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Belimbing Kab. Pesisir Barat yang berjumlah 421 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 134 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil: Didapatkan tingkat kepuasan kategori puas berusia rata-rata 40.80 tahun dengan standar devisiasi 8.765, rentang 19-59 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki laki 58 (66%), berpendidikan SMP 53 (60%), pekerjaan petani 56 (64%), tipe kunjungan ulang 68(77%), waktu antara menunggu dengan registrasi ≥20 menit 50 (57%), waktu menunggu registrasi dengan konsultasi ≥ 20 menit 44 (50%), waktu menunggu konsultasi ≥ 20 menit 25 (54%), waktu menunggu keseluruhan ≥ 60 menit 29 (63%).Simpulan: Tidak didapatkan hubungan antara waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien (p-value >0.05)
ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit yang sering ditemukan pada masyarakat yang disebabkan factor perilaku yang tidak sehat, pola makan yang tidak teratur seperti konsumsi natrium tinggi serta makan-makanan berlemak dan sering disebut sebagai The Silent Killer. Individu yang berumur diatas 60 tahun 50-60% mempunyai tekanan darah >140/90 mmHg angka kejadian hipertensi di seluruh dunia sekitar 972 juta orang atau 26,4% penghuni bumi mengidap hipertensi. Tujuan: mampu menerapkan pijat refleksi terhadap nyeri hipertensi saat dirumah. Metode: pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan 1x5-10 menit pada titik nomor 2 dan 20 selama 3 hari. Hasil: didapatkan hasil Skala nyeri dengan rata-rata sebelum dilakukan intervensi hari pertama yaitu 6 lebih tinggi dibanding sesudah dilakukan intervensi yaitu 4. hari kedua skala nyeri yaitu 3 lebih tinggi dibanding sesudah dilakukan intervensi yaitu 2. hari ketiga dengan skala nyeri yaitu 2 lebih tinggi dibanding sesudah dilakukan intervensi yaitu 0. Kesimpulan: terbukti terdapat manfaat antara terapi pijat refleksi terhadap nyeri hipertensi pada lansia di puskesmas kemiling Bandar lampung. RELATIONSHIP OF NURSES WORKLOAD WITH HAIS PREVENTION EFFORT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT PERTAMINA BINTANG AMIN HOSPITAL BANDAR LAMPUNG Introduction: The incidence of menstruation is still high, one of the factors is the relatively high workload of nurses. excessive workload on nurses can trigger stress and burnout. Nurses who experience stress and burnout allow them to not be able to perform effectively and efficiently because their physical and cognitive abilities are reduced which may occur due to an imbalance between the number of patients and the number of nurses working in the hospital. Based on the results of the pre-survey, the comparison of the workload of nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung and dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo by distributing questionnaires to 15 nurses in each hospital. At the hospital. Pertamina Bintang Amin showed that nurses experienced a physical workload of 7 nurses (46.6%) with a score of 27-54, and a mental workload of 8 nurses (53.3%) with a score of > 57. Meanwhile, RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo, the results showed that nurses experienced a physical workload of 5 nurses (33.3%) with a score of 27-54, and a mental workload of 6 nurses (40%) with a score of > 57.Objective: to find out the relationship between the workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the Covid 19 pandemic at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung in 2021Methods: This type of research is a quantitative, cross-sectional design. The population and sample were 110.1 respondents, which were rounded up to 111 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi-square test.Results: The physical workload of nurses as many as 57 respondents (51.4%) experienced a high physical workload. The mental workload of nurses as many as 61 respondents (55.0%) experienced a high mental workload. Efforts to prevent HAIs during the Covid 19 pandemic were 64 respondents (57.7%) with bad HAIs prevention. The results of the analysis using chi-square, obtained P-Value = 0.000 so that P-Value <α (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the physical workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the covid 19 pandemic. The results of the analysis using chi-square, obtained P-Value = 0.015 so that P-Value <α (0.000<0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the physical mental workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the covid 19 pandemic.Suggestion: Hospitals as a place for health services should pay attention to the welfare of nurses by increasing the medical team, and paying attention to BOR to prevent physical and mental workloads. Beban kerja yang berlebih pada perawat dapat memicu timbulnya stres dan burnout. Perawat yang mengalami stres dan burnout memungkinkan mereka untuk tidak dapat menampilkan performa secara efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kemampuan fisik dan kognitif mereka menjadi berkurang yang kemungkinan dapat terjadi disebabkan karena ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah pasien dengan jumlah perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut.Berdasarkan hasil Prasurvey perbandingan beban kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung dan RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 15 perawat di masing-masing Rumah Sakit. Pada RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin diperoleh hasil perawat mengalami beban kerja fisik sebesar 7 perawat (46,6%) dengan skor nilai 27-54, dan beban kerja mental sebesar 8 perawat (53,3%) dengan skor nilai > 57. Sedangkan RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo diperoleh hasil perawat mengalami beban kerja fisik sebesar 5 perawat (33,3%) dengan skor nilai 27-54, dan beban kerja mental sebesar 6 perawat (40%) dengan skor nilai > 57.Tujuan: diketahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung Tahun 2021Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan Cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel 110,1 responden, yang dibulatkan menjadi 111 responden, teknik sampling purposive sampling, analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil : Beban kerja fisik perawat sebanyak 57 responden (51,4%) mengalami beban kerja fisik tinggi. Beban kerja mental perawat sebanyak 61 responden (55,0%) mengalami beban kerja mental tinggi. Upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi Covid 19 sebanyak 64 responden (57,7%) dengan pencegahan hais baik. Hasil analisa menggunakan chi-square, didapat P-Value = 0,000 sehingga P-Value <α (0,000<0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan beban kerja fisik perawat dengan upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi covid 19. Hasil analisa menggunakan chi-square, didapat P-Value = 0,015 sehingga P-Value <α (0,000<0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan beban kerja fisik mental perawat dengan upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi covid 19.Saran : Rumah Sakit sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan, sebaiknya memperhatikan kesjahteraan perawat dengan cara memperbanyak tim medis, dan memperhatikan BOR guna mencegah terjadinya beban kerja fisik dan mental.
