CONSUMING OF MORINGA LEAF EXTRACT IN INCREASING HEMOGLOBIN LEVEL TOWARD PREGNANT WOMAN. Introduction:Anemia rate on pregnancy in Indonesia showed quite high level that was 3,8% on the first trimester, 13,6% on second trimester and 24,8% on the third trimester. Most of anemia whom suffered was lack of zinc which can be resolved through giving nutrition regularly and nutritive enhancement. Purpose:The purpose of this research was in knowing the influence in consuming of moringa leaf extract through increasing hemoglobin level toward pregnant woman. Method:This was a quantitative with Quasi Experimental research design and one group pretest- posttest design approach. Population in this research was pregnant woman on third semester. The amount of sample was 33 people whom gotten by using Purposive sampling technique. This research was done in M.Mataram Public Health Center, West Lampung regency,on February-August 2018. Data collecting used observation sheet and Hemoglobin Test. Bivariate data analysis used T-Test. Result: An average of hemoglobin level the third trimester pregnant woman before given Moringa Leaf extracts with mean 9.642 and deviation standard 0. 6103. After consuming Moringa Leaf extracts was gotten an average hemoglobin level pregnant woman, 10.648 and deviation standard, 0.9582. The result of statistic test was gotten Value p- Value 0,000 < 0,005Conclusion: There was influence in consuming Moringa Leaf extracts toward enhancement of hemoglobin level on pregnant woman. Then for midwife gives counseling to pregnant woman regularly about the importance of consuming meal which is rich Fe content and Vitamin C such as moringa leaf. Key Words: Moringa Leaf, Hemoglobin Level, Pregnant Woman INTISARI: KONSUMSI EKSTRAK DAUN KELOR DALAM MENINGKATKAN KADAR HB PADA IBU HAMIL Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian anemia pada kehamilan di Indonesia menunjukkan nilai yang cukup tinggi yaitu 3,8% pada trimester I, 13,6% pada trimester II dan 24,8% pada trimester III. Kebanyakan anemia yang diderita adalah kekurangan zat besi yang dapat diatasi melalui pemberian zat gizi secara teratur dan peningkatan gizi.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi ekstrak daun kelor dengan meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil.Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dan pendekatan one group pretes-postes design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu hamil trimester III. Sampel berjumlah 33 orang yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Penelitian telah dilakukan di Puskesmas M. Mataram Kab. Lampung Selatan pada Februari – Agustus 2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan HB Test. Analisa data bivariate menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar Hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III sebelum diberikan ekstrak daun kelor dengan Mean 9.642 dan Standar Deviasi 0.6103. Sesudah mengkonsumsi ekstrak daun kelor didapatkan rata – rata kadar HB ibu hamil sebesar 10.648 dan Standar Deviasi 0.9582. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p- value 0,000 < 0,005Kesimpulan: ada pengaruh konsumsi ekstrak daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil. Kepada bidan agar rutin memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu hamil, tentang pentingnya mengkonsumsi makanan yang kayak kandungan Fe dan Vitamin C seperti daun kelor. Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) ILMATE merupakan unit kerja di Kementerian Perindustrian yang mengelola bidang industri logam, mesin, alat transportasi dan elektronika. Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja pada Direktorat Jenderal ILMATE merupakan pegawai yang diterima berdasarkan hasil seleksi ketat dari beberapa kandidat dan setelah diterima masih diperlukan pembinaan pegawai sehingga proses monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan sistem penilaian yang objektif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian kali ini berpusat pada penilaian kinerja pegawai yang dianggap belum maksimal karena masih bersifat subjektif dimana penilaian diambil berdasarkan penilai interpersonal pejabat penilai dan hasil dari penilaian ini akan berpengaruh bagi PNS dari segi promosi kenaikan jabatan dan kenaikan gaji secara berkala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi SI-PKP (Sistem Informasi-Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai) yang memudahkan dalam sistem penilaian PNS pada Ditjen ILMATE dimana penilai dapat bersikap secara objektif dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga diharapkan tidak merugikan PNS dalam hal penilaian kinerja personal. Dalam rancang bangun aplikasi SI-PKP ini, peneliti menggunakan model waterfall yang terdiri dari System Requirements Analysis, Design, Code Generation, Testing, Support And Maintenance.
Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini sudah merambah ke segala aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah aspek pendidikan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri dengan hadirnya teknologi informasi, sangat mendorong kemajuan informasi di bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan sistem informasi yang berkaitan dengan dunia pendidikan menjadi lebih mudah, efektif dan efisiensi. Sistem pengolahan data yang baik akan mempengaruhi hasil informasi yang tepat, cepat dan akurat sehingga pemimpin instansi pendidikan dapat mengambil keputusan yang dapat membawa kemajuan bagi instansi pendidikan dibawah kepemimpinannya. Rancangan sistem ini menghasilkan aplikasi SIPSIBA (Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru) dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang menyertakan tools sistem yaitu data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD) dan logical relational structure (LRS). Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan merancang user interface aplikasi SIPSIBA yang user friendy akan memudahan user dalam penggunaannya.
The quality of data processing in information systems in the 4.0 industrial era is expected to be in the form of paperless-based digitalization, thus a number of capable and reliable users are needed in terms of data processing in the form of digitalization, the means developed can be through the internet or via smartphone-based on Android. The need for The best programmer is certainly very needed in terms of data development and processing and information delivery. This needs to be done so that the process of sending data and information can be done simply and very high speed, because the transfer of resources has been converted into digital form. The need for programmer staff must be selected consistently so that users who are accepted as the best and reliable programmers according to job requirements, from ten programmers with collaboration AHP method and ELECTRE can provide optimal decisions with the following results, programmer code P5, P6, P7 and P10 get the biggest score with weight of 3, followed by programmer code P9 with weight of 2, and followed by programmer code P1, P2, P8 with weight of 1, and there are two programmer codes which are eliminated by the ELECTRE method, P3 and P4. The collaboration in the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and ELECTRE Elimination which is the crystallization of the Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) can be a decision support in the selection process of the best programmers to produce optimal decisions.

Based on the background stated above, with this the author tries to design a new student registration website, so that it can partially replace the role of the new student registration officer. The design of this web application will provide many conveniences in the process of registering new students, especially for students or parents who have a busy schedule so that registration of prospective students can be done online. This system provides an information that is registration activities for prospective new students, LIA profiles, verification and announcements of level placement at the Institute of Language and Professional Education (LBPP) LIA Pramuka Jakarta.
