Phản ứng đồng trùng hợp của N-vinyl pyrrolidon (VP) và acrylamit (AM) được nghiên cứu bởi quá trình trùng hợp gốc tự do trong dung môi nước, sử dụng hệ khơi mào amoni persulfat/Lascorbic axit (APS/As). Ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ, nồng độ monome và nồng độ chất khơi mào tới độ chuyển hóa của copolyme đã được nghiên cứu. Điều kiện tối ưu để monome chuyển hóa thành copolyme là : nhiệt độ 40 o C, thời gian 240 phút, nồng độ (theo khối lượng) của monome là 40 % và nồng độ chất khơi mào 1,5 %. Đặc trưng tính chất của copolyme được nghiên cứu bởi các phương pháp phổ hồng ngoại (FTIR), phân tích nhiệt vi sai quét (DSC), và phân tích nhiệt trọng lượng (TGA).Từ khóa: copolyme N-vinyl-pyrrolidon-co-acryamit, N-vinyl-pyrrolidon, acryamit, đồng trùng hợp. GIỚI THIỆUTrong những năm gần đây, copolyme của N-vinyl-pyrrolidon với acrylamit được nghiên cứu ứng dụng rộng rãi trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau như chất kết dính trong sơn, chất dẫn thuốc trong y học, hấp thụ kim loại nặng …[1]. Trên thế giới đã có nhiều tác giả nghiên cứu quá trình đồng trùng hợp giữa hai monome này. Ali Akyüz và cộng sự [2] đã tiến hành tổng hợp acrylamit và N-vinyl pyrrolidon bằng phương pháp đồng trùng hợp gốc tự do trong môi trường nước tại 60 o C, hằng số đồng trùng hợp của VP và AM được xác định bằng phương pháp KelenTudos cho thấy AM có khả năng phản ứng mạnh hơn VP (r AM = 2,03 và r VP = 0,09). Quá trình tổng hợp copolyme VP-AM trong môi trường nước sử dụng chất khơi mào azobisisobutyronitrin (AIBN) tại các nhiệt độ khác nhau cũng đã được Massarat và cộng sự [3] công bố, sự ảnh hưởng của điều kiện tổng hợp, tỉ lệ các monome tới tính chất nhiệt của sản phẩm đã được tác giả đưa ra. Lili Xu và cộng sự [4] đã tiến hành tổng hợp copolyme VP-AM bằng phương pháp trùng hợp gốc sử dụng tetrametyletylendiamit, kali pesunfat và 2,2'-azobis-dihydroclorit là chất khơi mào, phản ứng thực hiện 24 giờ trong môi trường nước.
