This view of the silo mentality has existed in the church from time to time. Factors such as the way of communication, delivery of the vision, and others also influence this. Several studies show that there is a relationship between organizational strength, silo-busting technique, and the level of collaboration in a particular organization, organizations that use silo-busting techniques compared to organizations that have lower levels of performance, better internal collaboration within an organization. This paper aims to find a biblical perspective on the silo mentality. The research used in this paper, which is a qualitative method of literature study, finds the Bible's way to overcome the silo mentality in serving in the church. This paper is expected to help God's church to formulate appropriate and suitable church management in running its organization, so that the world view (understanding) of church leaders becomes correct.
