Visiting a mall nowadays become popular activities that many people do to entertain themselves, family or friends. With so many malls around, each visitor must have one favorite mall he or she preferred to go to. Some customer preferred to go to one mall and other customer preferred other mall. This study aims to analyzed if the customer loyalty to a preferred mall was because the effect of the mall's brand personality and customer satisfaction. The study took place at Botani Square Shopping Mall, Bogor City. Method analysis used on this study is a multiple regression analysis. The Result of this study conclude that the study of the effect of Brand personality and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty clearly shows that brand personality and customer satisfaction have an influence on customer loyalty to visit Botani Square Shopping Mall, Bogor City.
The Covid-19 pandemic demands that all industries adapt quickly, and the tourism industry is no exception. Tourism as an industry that contributes significantly to a country’s GDP must be able to respond to changes in tourist interest. Tourism village is one of Indonesia’s tourism potentials and has a big influence on economic development. However, the level of awareness of village community tourism in Indonesia is still lacking. The stigma that the production process only comes from the agricultural production process is still very much attached. The purpose of the study was to find out how the conceptual framework of the Human Resources (HR) development strategy in the tourist village of Sukajadi, Bogor Regency, West Java, after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative approach with Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis tools with expert respondents who are included in the tourism village stakeholders. This study produces a conceptual framework for the human resource development strategy of Sukajadi Tourism Village, which is integrative and holistic in nature to form an HR management system. Results show that, three strategies for developing human resources in tourist villages were found to increase the capacity of human resources in tourist villages. These strategies include a policy strategy for developing tourism village communities and tourism awareness groups, a strategy for standardizing MSME products, and an approach strategy for tourism awareness groups and institutions.
During the pandemic, many hotels have lost their source of income. The sources of hotel revenue that usually come from the sales of rooms, food and beverages, or other services have suddenly disrupted. This study was conducted to examine whether the food quality and food safety that are implemented in hotels during the social distancing period can increase customer satisfaction and increase revenue from food products made in hotels. This research was conducted by conducting observations and case studies at a hotel in Jakarta. Population and samples were taken from guests who came and bought food products at this hotel since the hotel started operating again in June 2020. This research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative manner. The analysis technique, namely path analysis, was carried out to show whether the factors of food quality, food safety, customer satisfaction have a direct or indirect effect on hotel revenue from food products. The results found that food quality, food safety and customer satisfaction had a direct impact on increasing revenue at the company.
This study aims to examine the effect of brand storytelling on value perceptions and its impact on Visit Intention on tourism destinations in Jakarta (Survey on YouTube Channel of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah). The survey was conducted on 100 subscribers of the YouTube Channel of TMII Official. With purposive sampling technique and Path analysis technique to analyze this study, the results show that 1) Brand storytelling has a significant effect of 0.680 or 68,0% on value perceptions; 2) Value perceptions significantly influence 0,477 or 47,7% to visit intention; 3) Brand storytelling directly affects significantly 0,438 or 43,8%, to Visit intention, while its influence indirectly equal to 0,324 or 32,4% through value perceptions, with total influence 0,762 or 76,2%. The findings in this study indicate that Brand storytelling is one of the effective strategies in forming value perceptions so that it can influence visit intention.
