Determination of outstanding teachers at Pondok Duta Islamic Middle School has been applied everyyear. This process is very important to improve the quality of human resources in the progress of Pondok Duta Islamic Middle School. In its implementation, the determination of teachers with pretensions is still considered subjective, because it is only based on personal opinions and is not based on certain criteria. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is often known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. While the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the relative proximity of an alternative. The two methods, namely the Technique for Order Performance of Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help in the process of determining the teacher to be prescribed who recommend results based on the main criteria that have been determined).
The most important part of a company is employees. Management of human resources (HR) from each company is very influential in the many aspects that determine the success of the work of the company itself. One of the most important things in the management of a company to improve employee performance is to do the best selection of employees periodically so as to produce an attitude of dedication to the company. Therefore, this study tries to choose the best employees at PT. Buana Estate Agrowisata Villa Bukit Hambalang uses a simple additive weighting (SAW) method, which consists of five criteria namely attendance, performance, discipline, attitude and tidiness. The sampling is employees who are at PT. Buana Estate Agrowisata Villa Bukit Hambalang. This study got a result of the number of employees as many as 25 employees who were used as research samples, employees named Pathurochman got the biggest score of 0.95 and received the title of best employee at PT. Buana Estate Agrowisata Villa Bukit Hambalang.
Abstrack -The tourism industry marketing at this time took advantage of technology support in the form of information systems, with the aim of facilitating activities, one of which was the tourism industry in the Pondok Rangon area farms. The purpose of this study is to measure the SI /TI applied as marketing for the tourism industry using the Architecture Capability Maturity Model Score (ACMM) framework and produce a basic analytical framework in the form of narratives and values as a reference for evaluating the applied Information System whether it has succeeded in increasing the promotion of education. The EACMM framework consists of six maturity levels and nine architectural elements. The six levels are: 0 -Existent, 1 -Initial, 2 -Repeatable, 3 -Define, 4 -Manage, 5 -Optimized. The nine elements of an enterprise architecture are: process architecture, architectural development, business linkage, senior management involvement, unit participation operations, communication architecture, TI security, governance architecture, IT investment and acquisition strategy. The value of method 1 shows a business architecture of 3.17, data architecture of 2.81, application architecture of 3.30, and technology architecture of 1.6. Method 2 shows the business architecture at maturity level 3 is 50%, the data architecture at maturity level 3 is 50%, the application architecture at maturity level 3 is 40%, and the technology architecture at maturity level 2 is 42.86%. The first method shows the weighted average level of architectural maturity. The second method shows the percentage achieved at each maturity level for the nine architectural elements.
