Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is established by UNESCO and ILO as education and training that are beneficial for the community. The community will be able to develop when they can use their leadership skill properly. This is what makes adult vocational education very important in building the nation. One example of the role of adult vocational education is reducing unemployment through a heutagogy approach. The heutagogy approach centered on individual participants, where the individual has full autonomy in creating their learning. The heutagogy approach is also useful for developing an individual's self-capacity and vocational self-concept. The individual vocational self-concept through the heutagogy approach can help students, graduates, alumni, and the community develop skills (re-skills, up-skills) and prepare to enter the world of work. The skill development can be done by forming (re-establishing) the individual's vocational self-concept. In the development of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, the role of self-concept with a heutagogy approach in advanced adult education is to build vocational self-concepts so that they can be independent in learning, prepare work skills and utilize technology well as lifelong learning, and make an individual as a digital transformation society. Besides that, the heutagogy approach has a triple loop learning process that aims to make the right decision on a learning power of vocational self-concept. With the preparation of work skills, the self-concept of vocational maturity means that the higher the self-concept, the higher the maturity of the in the industrial era 4.0 career and Society 5.0 or with the existence of vocational self-concept in the future can make mature decisions.
Tanaman Kelor (Moringa oleifera) sangat mudah dikembang biakan, dan tidak membutuhkan tanah dengan kualifikasi khusus serta bersifat tahunan, sehingga tidak memberatkan masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya. Hasil tanaman kelor dapat dijadikan peluang usaha dibidang obat-obatan herbal seperti teh kelor, atau dibuat pangan fungsional seperti Mie Kelor. Dengan adanya usaha tersebut, dapat mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan pengelolaan tamanan kelor yang bernilai ekonomis atau di konsumsi langsung oleh masyarakat, sehingga tetap sehat serta pendapatan meningkat. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengembangan dan pengolahan tanaman Kelor, dilakukan tahapan: 1) Sosialisasi; 2) Pelatihan, dan 3) Pendampingan. Berdasarkan dari hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanggapan masyarakat akan sesuatu yang baru dan bermanfaat bagi kehidupan sangat tinggi. Ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan persentase hasil implementasi setiap langkah kegiatan. Saat awal kegiatan, 91,30 % peserta yang hadir dalam sosialisasi tanaman Kelor belum mengetahui manfaat tanaman tersebut. Namun diakhir kegiatan 100% peserta pelatihan yang telah diajarkan pembuatan Teh kelor, telah mampu secara mandiri dan membentuk Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) dengan nama Beringin Sakti. Saat ini teh Kelor hasil olahan masyarakat mitra telah dijual Rp 10.000,- per kemasan isi 25 gram, yang didapatkan dari satu batang tanaman Kelor. Hasil kalkulasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan menanam 40 batang Kelor, dapat menambah pendapatan masyarakat minimal Rp. 1 juta per bulan.
As mathematic teacher, we should be able to create an interesting and active learning, beside that she should be able to create a good competition in the class. It has positive effect to gain optimum study result. Teacher should use variation method and learning strategy in learning so that teaching and learning become easy and fun for the student. The student will be more active and have motivation to study. The implementation of REACT strategy for student of XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Painan is suitable to improve students activity in learning. The research is classroom action research which consist of two cycles, each cycles involve four stages : (1) planning, (2) acting, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting. The sample of the research are 34 student. The data is collected by using observation paper. The analysis of data is done by using descriptive qualitative. The result of the students activity in asking question in cycle I is 43% and in cycle II is 54%. It means that the activity in asking question achieve avarage level. The activity in giving sugestion or giving opinion also get on avarage level in cycle 1 is 28% and in cycle II is 43%. The activity in group discussing get high level.It happened in cycle I anda cycle II .They have same percentage. It is 67% .
Pendahuluan: Tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu upaya dan strategi pelayanan kesehatan dalam menangani masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan frekuensi sikap, akses informasi dan jarak fasilitas kesehatan terhadap pemilihan penolong persalinan di Puskesmas Cijeruk tahun 2022 Metode: Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross-sectional dengan populasi seluruh ibu bersalin di Puskesmas Cijeruk pada bulan Desember 2021-Januari 2022 dan sampel sebanyak 61 responden dan pengambilan data dengan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis univariat dan bivariat Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai Sikap (p-value=0,009), Odd Ratio (19.500). Akses Informasi (p-value=0,028), Odd Rasio (10.500) dan Jarak Fasilitas Kesehatan (p-value=0,001), Odd Ratio (1.385). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap, akses informasi, jarak dari fasilitas kesehatan dengan pemilihan penolong persalinan. sikap positif berpeluang 19 kali memilih tenaga pertolongan persalinan dengan tenaga kesehatan dibandingkan sikap negatif. akses informasi mudah berpeluan 10 kali memilih tenaga pertolongan persalinan dengan tenaga kesehatan dibandingkan akses informasi tidak mudah. jarak fasilitas kesehatan dekat memiliki peluang 1 kali memilih tenaga pertolongan kesehatan dengan tenaga kesehatan dibandingkan jarak jauh.
