The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between dynamic capabilities and SME performance, dynamic capabilities with innovation, and innovation with SME performance. In addition to analyzing whether innovation can mediate the relationship of dynamic capabilities with SME performance.The research data to be used is SME data in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is 350 SMEs in Indonesia.The method used is the causality method to determine the relationship between variables and to determine the direct effects and indirect effects of dynamic capabilities on the performance of SMEs, data analysis techniques using SEM. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and SMEs performance, (2) there is a positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation (3) there is a positive relationship between innovation and SMEs performance (4) there is a positive relationship between dynamic capabilities and SMEs performance through innovation as mediation.
AbstrakMotivasi belajar yang rendah khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika sangat berpengaruh pada prestasi belajar yang dihasilkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari identifikasi masalah yang dihadapi siswa yaitu malas dan merasa kurang menyenangkan dalam belajar matematika sehingga tidak menguasai pelajarannya. Berdasarkan hasil tes motivasi terdapat 28% siswa yang masih memperoleh motivasi yang rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 58, 9% atau berada pada kategori rendah. Pemberian layanan bimbingan konseling yang tepat diharapkan dapat memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengkaji efektifitas penerapan bimbingan kelompok dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.Bimbingan kelompok dalam penelitian ini adalah salah satu layanan bimbingan terhadap sejumlah individu dalam suatu kelompok dengan memanfaatkan dinamika yang berkembang dalam kelompok. Dinamika kelompok disini adalah suasana kelompok yang hidup yang ditandai oleh semangat kerjasama yang dinamis untuk mencapai tujuan kelompok.Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas IX.6 SMP Negeri 23 Bekasi tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dengan metode penelitiannya yaitu penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling dengan prosedur menggunakan siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument pedoman observasi dan angket, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif untuk mengolah hasil evaluasi dan teknik kuantitatif untuk menginterpretasikan data hasil pengamatan proses pelaksanaan tindakan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan penerapan pendekatan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika 4,8% setelah siklus l dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8% setelah dilaksanakan siklus 2. Penerapan bimbingan kelompok sangat tepat digunakan.Bagi peneliti selanjutnya penerapan bimbingan kelompok menuntut kemampuan dari pembimbing untuk melakukan inovasi dan improvisasi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

This study aims to: 1) To find out the steps of implementing In House Training activities in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans and Syllabus of the 21st Century 2013 Curriculum to improve the professional competence of teachers in implementing learning. 2) To find out the improvement of teacher competence in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans through In House Training activities. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City. This research is a School Action Research covering the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at Budi Darma Junior High School, Bekasi City. The data analysis technique used is comparative descriptive. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) The steps for implementing In House Training in order to improve the professional competence of teachers in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans at SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City are by conveying, preparing to teachers about the preparation of Learning Implementation Plans with In House Training without disturbing Learning Activities; and 2) In House Training can improve the professional competence of SMP Budi Darma Bekasi City teachers in preparing Learning Implementation Plans, this is indicated by the increasing professional competence of teachers both in the preparation and implementation stages.
<p><em>This study aims to: 1) To find out the application of group guidance techniques in preparing lesson plans and interactive learning media to improve the professional competence of teachers at SMPN Bekasi City. 2) To find out the improvement of teacher competence in making interactive learning media through group guidance activities. The subjects of this study were all teachers of SMPN 38 Bekasi City.</em></p><p><em>This research is a School Action Research (PTS) which consists of two cycles, each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used is comparative descriptive. The results of the study can show that the school must deliver an announcement to the teacher about the implementation of group guidance activities by making interactive learning media (b) The school must provide guidance material in the form of implementing learning accompanied by simulations; (c) The school prepares group guidance instruments without interfering with learning activities; and d) Conducting observations in class when group guidance activities are carried out by teachers to improve the professional competence of teachers at SMPN 38 Bekasi City in making interactive learning media. Workshop activities can motivate teachers to create interactive learning media with group guidance techniques.</em></p>
