Pinctada martensii muscle proteins were separated into water-soluble, salt-soluble and insoluble protein fractions. The salt-soluble protein fraction was the most abundant, comprising approximately 66.3% of the protein, followed by the water-soluble and insoluble protein fractions in decreasing order. sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis profiles showed that 35-and 97-kDa peptides represented the highest proportions of the water-soluble and salt-soluble protein fractions, respectively. The three protein fractions contained high levels of flavourful amino acids (Glu, Asp, Ala and Lys), with the water-soluble protein fraction having the highest level (47.1%). The size exclusion chromatography profiles of the watersoluble and salt-soluble protein pancreatin hydrolysate demonstrated no significant differences in the molecular weight distributions in the >20 000, 5000-10 000 and 2000-5000 Da fractions, while those of the insoluble protein pancreatin hydrolysate were different. In conclusion, the results provided some basic information that would contribute to the utilisation of these protein fractions. Keywords Pancreatin hydrolysate, Pinctada martensii, salt-soluble protein, sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, water-soluble protein.
Despite the excellent performance of halide perovskite, low stability, and ion exchange between halides have remained obstacles to practical application. Herein, the polymer capsule encapsulated perovskite through the conventional hot‐injection method is reported to overcome the above issues. The residual heat generated during perovskite synthesis is utilized to expand the layer, and the perovskite particles are grown inside the polyethylene capsule. The products are gathered in a powder state, and the whole emission range can be synthesized. The water stability after 6 h soaked in water shows ≈90% and ≈75% for green and red, respectively. Also, due to the suppressed ion exchange, the single multi‐conversion layer for white light generation can be fabricated.
Skin color detection refers to the process of selecting pixels corresponding to human skin in the image. With the popularity of video image acquisition equipment, the research of color region segmentation in images has become more and more active in recent years. In this paper, a skin color detection algorithm for color images with complex background is proposed. This paper mainly studies how to use skin color model to detect human body parts from complex background. The first step is to select YcbCr color space as the color space of this paper. The second step is to select the elliptical model based on color plane. This paper finally decides to use the fixed threshold elliptic model based on color plane to detect skin color.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
