The reason why we can see stereoscopic impression from 3D(three-dimensional) video is that the left eye image and right eye image are different, which generates the visual parallax. Research shows that a large number of 3D information hidden in 2D(two-dimensional) video. One of the important information is depth of field information, but the depth of field information hidden in the 2D frame images. Bilinear interpolation is able to effectively improve the performance of depth of field. Combining this algorithm and using parallax reinforcement technology to process the original 2D video can produce 3D video.
