Introdução: A sífilis congênita é uma doença infectocontagiosa que embora todo curso clinico seja conhecido, essa patologia se apresenta como um problema de saúde.Objetivo: Relatar os principais entraves enfrentados pelo Ministério da Saúde no que se refere a sífilis congênita, bem como algumas características epidemiológicas maternas.Metodologia: Se trata de um estudo de revisão sistemática, descritivo, retrospectivo sendo estruturado a partir de artigos científicos retirados na plataforma do PubMed e Scielo.Discussão: A sífilis vem aumentando sua incidência nos últimos anos, principalmente devido a não adesão materna ao tratamento, assim como o fato de seus parceiros também não se tratarem. Como consequência à falta de adesão, isso repercute no aumento de casos de natimortos e abortos. Conclusão: Portanto, por ser uma doença cujo diagnóstico e tratamento são de baixo custo, faz-se necessário rever as estratégias de saúde no que se refere à promoção e prevenção de Saúde.
INTRODUÇÃO: Ao longo das últimas décadas, principalmente com a evolução das mídias sociais, a ênfase na imagem corporal tornou-se evidente. Isso aliado à crescente aceitação da cirurgia estética, levou a um acréscimo importante na cirurgia de aumento dos seios; OBJETIVOS: Analisar os riscos de complicações dos implantes mamários e suas implicações na saúde dos pacientes. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura com sistematização nos motores de busca acadêmicos PubMed/MEDLINE e SciELO. Utilizou-se o descritor: “Breast Implants AND Mammaplasty”, retirado da plataforma “Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS)”, em ambos os bancos de dados. Os filtros utilizados foram: artigos de revisão, últimos 5 anos, e idiomas inglês, português e espanhol; RESULTADOS/DISCUSSÃO: A alocação dos implantes mamários apresentam riscos ao paciente. Dentre as possíveis injúrias, temos: Doença do silicone, infecção, formação de biofilme no implante, seroma, ondulação e enrrugamento, rotação do dispositivo, visibilidade da borda do implante, ruptura, contratura capsular, linfoma anaplásico de grandes células, hematoma, câncer de mama e os efeitos decorrentes da radioterapia. CONCLUSÃO: Portanto, essas inovações guiam a mamoplastia de aumento para desfechos com menos complicações, como contratura capsular, doença do silicone e linfoma.
RESUMOO acretismo placentário é caracterizado por uma invasão anormal do tecido placentário além da camada decídua, fator que corrobora para uma invasão intensa, podendo alcançar a serosa uterina. Sua classificação pode ser compreendida de acordo com a profundidade de penetraçãoacreta, increta, percreta. Seu diagnóstico complementar envolve os achados ultrassonográficos. Os principais sinais de suspeição que se pode destacar na avaliação ecográfica pré-natal de rotina são a perda do espaço hipoecoico retroplacentário, múltiplas lacunas irregulares na espessura placentária, irregularidade da interface entre o útero e a bexiga, adelgaçamento do miométrio subjacente, protuberância da placenta, massa exofítica focal, hipervascularização uterovesical intraplacentária e retroplacentária. Entretanto, a ausência de sinais ultrassonográficos não descarta o diagnóstico de acretismo placentário, especialmente na presença de fatores de risco preditores.
