Esta é uma oportunidade ao gestor do sistema para superar seu principal desafio, como citado, enquanto aplica os novos textos das normas regulamentadoras, lidando com diferentes classes de perigos e riscos ocupacionais, aplicando um método didático, intuitivo e com base técnica que fundamente suas decisões, melhor demonstrando o que deve ser feito e a que tempo, de forma lógica, sistematizada e baseada em evidências.
