Đặt vấn đề: Đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) là một bệnh lý phổ biến trên toàn cầu, gây ra nhiều biến chứng, trong đó, biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên (TKNB) là thường gặp và xuất hiện sớm. Thăm dò điện sinh lý thông qua hai kỹ thuật chính là ghi điện cơ và đo tốc độ dẫn truyền thần kinh là phương pháp có nhiều ưu điểm trong việc phát hiện sớm các tổn thương thần kinh ngoại biên ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ týp 2. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Xác định tỷ lệ biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên phát hiện ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường týp 2 và tìm hiểu một số yếu tố liên quan tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Kiên Giang năm 2021-2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, có phân tích trên 124 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định ĐTĐ týp 2 điều trị tại Phòng khám Nội tiết – Cơ xương khớp Bệnh viện Đa khoa Kiên Giang. Phát hiện các tổn thương thần kinh ngoại biên bằng cách đo điện cơ tại Khoa thăm dò chức năng của bệnh viện. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân đái tháo đường týp 2 có biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên là 58,1% (72/124 bệnh nhân). Các biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ có liên quan với thời gian mắc bệnh (OR=3,03; KTC95%: 1,04-6,53), hút thuốc lá (OR=2,98; KTC95%: 1,32-6,71), tăng huyết áp (OR=2,38, KTC95%:1,05-5,37), nồng độ đường huyết đói (OR=2,16; KTC95%:1,03-4,49) và HbA1c (OR=2,19, KTC95%:1,00-4,76); với p đều <0,05. Kết luận: tỷ lệ biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ týp 2 chiếm tỷ lệ cao (58,1%). Thời gian mắc bệnh lâu, hút thuốc lá, tăng huyết áp, kiểm soát đường huyết đói và HbA1c kém là các yếu tố làm thúc đẩy nhanh biến chứng thần kinh ngoại biên ở bệnh nhân ĐTĐ týp 2.
Mục tiêu: Khảo sát đặc điểm mạch máu thận ở người trưởng thành dự kiến ghép thận trên hình ảnh chụp cắt lớp vi tính (CLVT) 128 dãy. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu đặc điểm hình ảnh mạch máu thận trên 75 người trưởng thành dự kiến cho thận tại Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ tháng 02/2021 - 8/2022. Kết quả: Phần lớn mỗi thận có 1 động mạch thận (74,7% với thận phải và 81,3% với thận trái). Chiều dài trung bình của động mạch thận phải (38,43 ± 12,15 mm) lớn hơn thận trái (31,46 ± 10,64 mm). Đa số mỗi thận có 1 tĩnh mạch (73,3% với thận phải và 96% với thận trái). Chiều dài tĩnh mạch trung bình ở thận trái (76,25 ± 20,97 mm) lớn hơn thận phải (18,92 ± 7,85 mm). Kết luận: Phần lớn mỗi thận có 1 động mạch thận và 1 tĩnh mạch thận. Động mạch thận phải có chiều dài lớn hơn động mạch thận trái. Tĩnh mạch thận phải có chiều dài bé hơn tĩnh mạch thận trái.
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá đặc điểm hình ảnh và vai trò của 18FDG-PET/CT trong chẩn đoán giai đoạn ung thư đại trực tràng trước điều trị.Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu trên 39 bệnh nhân ung thư đại trực tràng chưa điều trị đặc hiệu, được chụp 18FDGPET/ CT tại khoa YHHN, Trung tâm CĐHA - Bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ tháng 02 năm 2017 đến tháng 11 năm 2020.Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình là 62,77 ± 14,07. Khả năng phát hiện tổn thương nguyên phát tại đại trực tràng của 18FDG-PET/ CT là 97,44 %. Đa số bệnh nhân có khối u ở trực tràng, kích thước trong khoảng 5-10 cm và giai đoạn T3 chiếm tỉ lệ nhiều nhất với 60,5 %. Có 46,2 % bệnh nhân có di căn hạch vùng, trong đó nhóm hạch trên 10 mm và nhóm hạch N2 chiếm tỉ lệ thấp hơn nhưng SUVmax trung bình cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê so với các nhóm khác. Di căn xa chủ yếu gặp ở gan, phổi-màng phổi và xương. Có 59 % bệnh nhân ở giai đoạn III và IV. Chẩn đoán bằng 18FDG-PET/CT chính xác ở 80,77 % đối với giai đoạn Tvà 66,67 % đối với giai đoạn N. Độ nhạy và độ đặc hiệu, giá trị dự báo dương tính và giá trị dự báo âm tính của 18FDG-PET/CT trong chẩn đoán di căn hạch vùng là 100% và 60 %; 55,55 % và 100 %.
