Employees' knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior play an important role for the development of Vietnam telecommunication enterprises. Knowledge sharing along with two central processes; namely knowledge donation and collection, fosters employees' innovative work behavior of Vietnam telecommunication enterprises. Based on a sample size survey of 396 Vietnam telecommunication employees and exploration factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM), the study determines factors such as trust, enjoyment in helping others, knowledge self-efficacy, management support, using information and communication technology significantly influence knowledge donation and collection. At the same time, knowledge donation and collection have positive impacts on employees' innovative work behavior of Vietnam telecommunication enterprises. Finally, several suggestions for enhancing employees' knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior of Vietnam telecommunication enterprises managers are given. .
Aims: To identify factors associated with nutritional status of inpatients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 97 inpatients with type 2 diabetes at the Department of Endocrinology and Respiratory, Hanoi Medical University Hospital, in 2020. Results: The rates of overweight-obesity and abdominal obesity were 22.7% and 55.7%, respectively. The patients with secondary education or less had a 3.2 times and 10.6 times higher risk of being overweight-obese and abdominal obesity, respectively, compared with the patients with higher education. Women were 2.8 times more likely to have abdominal obesity than men. Patients with physical inactivity or infrequent physical activity had a 2.5 times higher risk of abdominal obesity compared with patients with frequent physical activity. Patients who abuse alcohol were 3.7 times more likely to be overweight -obese than those who did not abuse alcohol. Conclusion: High rates of overweight-obesity and abdominal obesity were found in inpatients with type 2 diabetes in the Department of Endocrinology and Respiratory. Education level and alcohol abuse were significantly associated with overweight-obesity. Gender, education level, and physical activity level were factors associated with abdominal obesity in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Diffusion of knowledge is a real significant factor for students also it is the most important role of universities. To diffuse knowledge, sharing is an important activity. This paper examines factors influencing knowledge sharing in higher education. Knowledge sharing is measured through knowledge transferring and knowledge reception. A quantitative survey was conducted with 517 undergraduate students in Vietnam. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 28.0 (SPSS 28.0) software was used to analyse data. The internal consistency reliability was tested by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and the factor reduction was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) model. The results of the study revealed that there is evidence of a positive relationship between factors including trust, knowledge self-efficacy, university support, lecturer support, physical environment, technology infrastructure, and ICT tool use and knowledge sharing. These findings are significant, as understanding these factors would help to stimulate knowledge sharing among students in higher education.
