Kegiatan ini, ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya mengurus ijin usaha dan mengenalkan One Single Submission (OSS) untuk mengurus ijin usaha secara online. Hal ini dikarenakan ijin usaha menjadi landasan suatu usaha untuk melakukan kegiatannya secara legal. Pada awalnya, metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan direncanakan berbentuk ceramah dan simulasi penggunaan OSS, namun karena terjadi pandemi Covid-19 maka metode kegiatan diubah menjadi ceramah dan diskusi online menggunakan whatsapp grup. Hasil pre dan post test menunjukkan ada peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mitra mengenai berbagai hal terkait pengurusan ijin usaha menggunakan OSS. Rata-rata jawaban mitra atas pertanyaan umum terkait penyelenggaraan kegiatan adalah 4,8. Artinya sebagian besar mitra menganggap bahwa topik, bahan/materi, bentuk kegiatan menarik, dan penyampaian materi jelas. Kegiatan pendampingan ini efektif dalam memberikan simulasi bagi usaha mengurus ijin usaha secara online dengan OSS.
Production is the main thing in a manufacturing industry. Production activity would work well if the flow pattern of the material in the production floor smoothly. Better transfer of material will speed up the completion of a product. Intense competition in the manufacturing industry forced the industry to make the material flow to be short. This can be done by resetting the engine layout in such a way. Industry Furniture X as one of the furniture industry in the city of Palembang that manufacture products based on the make to order. The product has so many variations of high material flow and higher material handling costs. The distance between the machines far enough too play a role in the cost of material handling.The layout of the fractal method can produce a short distance between the machine and more flexible to address the varying conditions of the product. This method will form fractals that have the same ability to make the production process, in which fractal is formed of two pieces, each of which consists of 9 pieces of machinery . In the proposed layout is formed , the machines were experiencing engine displacement is 1A , 1B , 1C , 2B , 3B , 4 , 5 , 6A , 6B , 7 ,8A, 8B, 10A, and 10B. This method was successful in reducing the material displacement distance during research periode of 58,125 meter or 6.251% and the cost of material movement during research periode Rp 27.971,9375 and during one year Rp 559.438,75 or 3,066 %.
Application of block system can give positive and negative impact to the students. Evaluation of the implementation of the block system needs to be done to determine the impact of the system applied to the students. Similarly, the impact of the implementation of the block system in Departementof Nursing FiKesUKMC which has started running from 2013 and has never been evaluated.The stress level in this study was measured using the scale of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The measurement scale of DASS 42 contains 42 statements relating to the level of depression, anxiety and stress of a person. The stress statement contained in DASS 42 was modified, so it could illustrate the state of the research subjects. Data collection in the form ofquestionnaires distributed to students of Departementof Nursing FiKesUKMC as much as 140respondents. The results of the questionnaire showed that the average respondent's stress level was 12.22, which means having a normal stress level. Statistical analysis using correlation test is used to know the relationship between each variable. The results of the first correlation test relating to gender and stress levels generated correlation coefficient sebasar -0.037 (p = 0.668). Results of the second correlation test between the level of studywith stress level generated coefficient correlation sebasar -0.032 (p = 0.710). Results of the third correlation test between GPA with stress level resulted in correlation coefficient of 0.011 (p = 0.893).The last correlation test results between the block system with the stress level with the correlation coefficient value sebasar -0.024 (p = 0.778). From the results of this test obtained all p-values for four hypotheses greater than 0.05, then concludedgender, level of force, and system block is not associated with student stress levels.
Pengendalian persediaan obat-obatan bertujuan agar apotek dapat memenuhi seluruh permintaan konsumen sehingga kemungkinan untuk terjadinya kasus lost sales dapat diminimalisir. Permintaan obat yang tidak dapat dipenuhi dapat menyebabkan ketidakpuasan konsumen dan akan berdampak pada nama baik apotek sebagai suatu perusahaan dagang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki sistem pengendalian persediaan pada Apotek X, sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kasus lost sales yang diakibatkan oleh permintaan obat yang fluktuatif dan tidak menentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan obat-obatan jenis paten sebagai objek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini, seluruh jenis obat-obatan paten dibagi ke dalam tiga kelompok dengan kelompok A menyerap biaya investasi sebesar 70,21%, kelompok B menyerap biaya investasi sebesar 19,98% dan kelompok C menyerap biaya investasi sebesar 9,81%. Pengelompokkan dengan metode klasifikasi ABC dilakukan agar petugas apotek dapat memprioritaskan dan mengawasi persediaan obat pada kelompok A secara lebih ketat karena kelompok obat ini menghabiskan biaya investasi paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perhitungan kuantitas pemesanan dan juga reorder point dengan model persediaan probabilistik Q Lost Sales yang digunakan sebagai masukan dalam menjalankan two bin system. Dengan menggunakan two bin system, maka terjadi peningkatan rata-rata persentase pemenuhan penjualan sebesar 23,78 persen dan menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar 31,79 persen.
PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces various furniture products. The company has two product categories, first category A (as standard products) with production system is make to stock the second is category B (custom products) with production system is make to order. Production time products category B is more than longer than production time product category B. Production department’s PT XYZ arise problem when face high demand. Limitations of production’s resources cause bottleneck in lines production and inability to meet demand. In addition, inaccuracies in allocating limited resources will causing descent of throughput. Optimization of limited resources needs to be done to reach the maximum throughput. This research was conducted to find out the production resources that become constraintss in fulfilling demand, the number of each type of product must be produced at the existing capacity to achieve optimal throughput and identify and analyze solutions to problems of limited production resources. The results of the study conclude that the production resources that become constraintss are man power and man hours. The maximum throughput that can be achieved by PT XYZ by optimizing the existing available resources is Rp. 819,148,490, and there are two types of products that cannot be fulfilled. Increased production capacity can be done with several alternatives, such as over time hours, out sourcing operators (freelancers), subcontracting of production, adding man power with recruitment of new operator and their combinations. The optimal throughput is Rp 1,056. 763,100 could be obtained from using alternative resource from recruiting new operator and combination with over time capacities.
