Objetivo: O estudo teve como objetivo identificar na literatura as abordagens de saúde sobre sexualidade e gênero na saúde do homem. Métodos: Para tanto, optou-se por realizar uma revisão integrativa utilizando-se as bases de dados LILACS, PUBMED e SCIELO, estudos em língua portuguesa, inglesa e espanhola, disponíveis na íntegra e publicados no período de 2015 a 2019. A amostra do estudo foi composta de 11 artigos, construindo duas categorias temáticas: Abordagens de gênero na saúde do homem e Abordagens de sexualidade, saúde sexual, reprodutiva e paternidade na saúde masculina. Resultados: Os artigos evidenciaram um compêndio de conhecimentos importantes sobre a saúde do homem, identificando que as abordagens de gênero e sexualidade masculina são influenciadas pelo contexto sociocultural de estereótipo de identidade masculina com a necessidade da ressignificação do ser homem no contexto de saúde no Brasil. Considerações Finais: Portanto, recomenda-se a atenção a essas ações no âmbito da atenção básica de saúde, almejando-se atuações com foco nas singularidades e vulnerabilidades masculinas, os cuidados para a promoção de saúde dessa população e estímulo ao envolvimento enquanto sujeito produtor de saúde da família, proporcionando maior participação e empoderamento do homem na saúde.
The word stoma means the opening of a surgical mouth, when there is a need to divert the normal transit of food or elimination temporarily or permanently. The intestinal stoma has several reasons that lead to the need for its manufacture, among them: rectal colon cancer, inflammatory bowel diseases, abdominal injuries due to trauma and perforations, among others. The individual with an ostomy is subject to immediate or long-term postoperative complications, even if the stoma is temporary, affecting the person on several aspects. The objective of this study was to identify the main complications of intestinal ostomies and their impact on the lives of these individuals. To this end, an integrative literature review was carried out with a qualitative approach, carried out by consulting the Scielo and Lilacs databases. The following descriptors (DeCS) were used: "Colostomy", "Postoperative complications" and "Surgical stomas". These were combined using the Boolean operator and. The criteria adopted for inclusion of articles were: articles published from 2013, in the languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish, available and free. The following were excluded: Monographs, theses, reviews and duplicate articles. A total of 2566 articles were found, using the combination of descriptors, after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria 64 articles remained, these were subjected to a previous analysis of their summary, leaving 10 articles to compose the present study. There was a predominance of complications related to surgery, (50%) followed by complications related to peri-stoma skin (30%) and complications related to the lack of professional guidance in the preoperative period (20%). It is concluded, therefore, that the incidence of complications in intestinal ostomies not directly related to the surgical act, evidences the individual's adaptation process regarding the care with the stoma and peri-stoma skin, having as aggravating the lack of monitoring of trained professionals during the preoperatively and continuously in the following phases.
Aging is a physiological process that happens over time permeated by biological, psychosocial and cultural changes. Through the increase in life expectancy and, consequently, population aging worldwide, the Long Term Care Institutions for the Elderly (ILPI) stand out in caring for these elderly people, making it necessary to know what life is like for the elderly in this environment. Given the above, the study aimed to verify in the literature the perspective of institutionalized elderly about quality of life. Thus, the study is an integrative literature review with a qualitative approach, using Lilacs, Scielo and Medline databases as a means of research, taking advantage of the following Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS): “Elderly”, “Quality of life” and “institutionalized”. The study sample consisted of 16 articles, which discussed the theme of the study, in which it was sought to verify the perception of institutionalized elderly about quality of life, it was decided to carry out two thematic categories: 01) Quality of Life for the Elderly Institutionalized, and 02) Perception of the Institutionalized Elderly. In view of the above, the study was able to show that the elderly who reside, live in a Long-Term Care Facility for the Elderly (ILPI), it is necessary to be active, dynamic, prepared to carry out their activities of daily living, in order to achieve their quality of life, harmonize health and promote healthy aging. RESUMOOs rótulos devem conter informações que apresentem as principais características do produto, permitindo uma prévia avaliação por parte do consumidor no momento da compra. O aleitamento materno é tido como mais recomendado para alimentação de bebês, exclusivo nos seis primeiros meses de vida e complementado até dois anos de idade, sendo que, em casos específicos a utilização de fórmulas infantis se torna necessária. Para tanto os rótulos desses produtos devem conter informações seguras e confiáveis para que a nutrição nessa fase da vida não seja comprometida. O objetivo desse estudo foi verificar se os rótulos de fórmulas infantis disponíveis para consumo em mercado varejista em Juazeiro do Norte -CE cumprem, de forma completa, todas as especificações estabelecidas pela lei para sua elaboração. Com este intuito, foram realizadas análises visuais utilizando check-list previamente elaborados com base nas leis referentes a esta classe de produtos. Foram coletados dados de 23 produtos de duas marcas diferentes, e após análise foi possível identificar que os produtos apresentam inconformidades quanto à utilização de figuras humanizadas, utilização de figuras de mamadeira para ilustrar preparações, dificuldades para identificação da fonte proteica, termos que demonstram falso conceito de vantagem e terminações que indicam condições de saúde para o qual o alimento seria indicado. Portanto, faz-se necessário uma constante e severa fiscalização por parte do poder público para que as mesmas sejam cumpridas de forma completa e eficaz. ABSTRACTThe labels should contain information that present the main characteristics of the product, allowing a preliminary assessment by the consumer at the time of purchase. Breastfeeding is considered more suitable for feeding babies exclusively for the first six months of life and complemented by two years of age, being that, in particular cases the use of infant formula is needed. To this end the labels of these products should contain secure and reliable information for that nutrition in this stage of life is not compromised. The aim of this study was ascertain whether the labels of infant formula available for consumption in the retail market in Juazeiro -Ce comply, in a complete, all specifications set by law for their preparation. To this intention been held visual analysis using checklist previously prepared based on the laws pertaining to this class of products. Data were collected from 23 products of two different brands, and after examination it was possible to identify which products feature non-conformities regarding the use of humanized figures, use of bottle figures to illustrate preparations, difficulties in identifying the protein source, terms that demonstrate misconception advantage and endings that indicate health conditions for the which food would be indicated.
