Objetivo: relatar a experiência da Educação Permanente em Saúde na formação de acadêmicos de enfermagem integrando o ensino com o serviço de enfermagem.Desenvolvimento: relato de experiência sobre a prática de educação desenvolvida no hospital na capital de Rondônia, realizada no período entre abril e junho de 2019. Ela aconteceu em quatro momentos: troca de experiência entre os envolvidos; problematização das práticas; plano de intervenções; e avaliação. A implantação da educação permanente em saúde foi fundamental para a qualificação dos serviços, porém, registram-se dificuldades na execução, especialmente devido à forma da organização do trabalho hospitalar.Conclusão: a educação permanente em saúde no estágio supervisionado permitiu a criação de espaços de reflexão com a equipe, contribuindo para a ampliação do diálogo, compreensão da realidade e inclusão de estratégias facilitadoras ao trabalho da enfermagem.
RESUMO Objetivou-se neste estudo conhecer o itinerário percorrido por pessoas portadores de doença de Huntington (DH) em busca de diagnóstico e tratamento. Fizeram parte da pesquisa cinco pessoas com DH. A porta de entrada do itinerário identificado nesta pesquisa foi a Atenção Primária em Saúde, focando nos procedimentos realizados, incluindo exames laboratoriais e encaminhamentos para outros níveis de complexidade. Quanto à atenção secundária e terciária averiguou-se que costumam ser procuradas para a realização de exames mais complexos, como ressonância magnética, tomografias, atendimentos especializados. As instituições privadas e os centros de pesquisa acadêmica aparecem quando ofertam exames e apoio terapêutico. A trajetória das pessoas portadoras de doenças raras em busca do diagnóstico correto é carregada de dificuldades e revelaram que frequentemente ficam "perdidos" dentro da rede de atenção à saúde (RAS), percorrendo caminhos sem a devida orientação quando estão na tentativa de obter alguma resolutividade para seus problemas. Em meados de janeiro de 2020, a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) descreveu o aparecimento de um novo vírus, potencialmente mais letal em humanos, e declarou emergência de saúde pública internacional. Partindo desse pressuposto, o presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar o perfil de contaminação e óbito dos profissionais de enfermagem acometidos pela COVID-19. Tratou-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de abordagem quantitativa-qualitativa dos dados, utilizando para buscar os descritores em ciências da saúde: COVID-19; enfermagem; epidemiologia; pandemias; profissional de enfermagem. Os critérios de inclusão foram: todas as categorias de artigo (originais, revisões de literatura, reflexões e atualizações, entre outros), artigos publicados em português, inglês e espanhol, entre os meses de março e agosto de 2020. Os dados evidenciaram um total de 41.030 profissionais de enfermagem foram contaminados, destes 449 evoluíram a óbitos, com maior prevalência de contaminação entre as idades 31-40 17.193 (41.9%), sexo feminino 38.888 (85%), região sudeste 15.763 (38.4%), unidade federativa de São Paulo 6.510 (15.9%) e com maior acometimento na classe de técnicos em enfermagem 24.474 (59.6%). No que se tangem os óbitos, a prevalência se dá entre as idades de 41-50 141 (31.4%), sexo feminino 284 (64%), região sudeste 142 (31.6%), unidade federativa de São Paulo 71 (15.8%) e com maior letalidade na classe de técnicos em enfermagem 263 (58.6%). Diante de todo o exposto pode-se caracterizar e apresentar o perfil dos profissionais de enfermagem contaminados, sendo que o predomínio é do sexo feminino, em idade reprodutiva, jovens e que convivem na região sudeste.
