Introdução: Com o avanço da tecnologia, houve uma facilidade de acesso à informação sendo possível interagir compartilhando qualquer informação. Porém muitas vezes esse conteúdo é criado por qualquer pessoa, sem a verificação da veracidade dos fatos, sendo denominadas de notícias falsas ou fake news. Objetivo: Analisar as fake news sobre a vacinação no Brasil e seu impacto na vacinação. Métodos: O estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados da LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF via BVS, através do cruzamento dos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): “Vacinação”, “Rede Social” e “Vacinas”, utilizando o operador booleano AND. Resultados e Discussão: As vacinas muitas vezes são associadas a o autismo, câncer, infertilidade, diabetes, microcefalia, gravidez e eventos adversos não compatível com imunobiológicos. Além disso as notícias também levantam dúvidas argumentando que a vacinação não é responsável pela erradicação de algumas doenças, que os estudos são insuficientes para afimar sua eficácia, defendem que a imunidade adquirida por exposição natural aos antígenos são mais efetivas e que o incentivo à vacinação é fruto do lucro da indústria farmacêutica. Conclusão: Levando em consideração esses aspectos, foi possível observar que o impacto das fake news na vacinação é extremamente negativo, diminuindo a cobertura vacinal, imunizando cada vez menos pessoas, fazendo com que doenças que já estavam erradicadas voltem a surgir. Dessa forma as fake news promovem um descrédito nas informações passadas por autoridades sanitárias e afeta negativamente a vacinação no país, sendo necessário medidas para combater esse tipo de notícia.
Introdução: A doença de Chagas é causada pelo protozoário Trypanosoma Cruzi, sendo considerada como endemia na América Latina. Está patologia apresenta duas fases: aguda e crônica. O diagnóstico da fase crônica cardíaca, caracterizada na maioria das vezes como cardiomiopatia, é feito baseado na sintomatologia e exame físico do paciente e confirmado com a realização de alguns exames de imagem. Objetivo: evidenciar os sinais e sintomas da doença de acordo com sua fase e como é feito o diagnostico. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica do tipo integrativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada utilizando os descritores: diagnostico and doença de chagas and sinais e sintomas presente no Descritor de ciência em saúde (DeCS), foi realizada busca bibliográfica nas bases de dados eletrônicos disponível na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS).Resultados e Discussão: A Organização Mundial de Saúde acredita que há mais de oito milhões de pessoas infectadas pelo trypanossoma cruzi em todo o mundo e quase 232 milhões de pessoas com cardiomiopatia chagásica crônica, o diagnóstico e tratamento dependem dos sistemas de vigilância, que com a identificação correta dos vetores pode diminuir a reincidência de casos da doença Conclusão: É necessário que a equipe de saúde siga o protocolo de realização de dois testes sorológicos mais um para confirmação do diagnóstico e esteja sempre atentos a regiões endêmicas da doença de chagas associados aos sinais e sintomas geralmente presentes nas fases da doença.
