Die Holz‐Beton‐Verbundbauweise (HBV) stellt eine effektive und wirtschaftliche Sanierungsmethode dar, um die Gebrauchstauglichkeit und Bauphysik einer bestehenden Holzbalkendecke an heutige Standards anzupassen. Der Einsatz von Leichtbeton kann bei dieser Konstruktion immer dann wirtschaftlich attraktiv sein, wenn durch die in bezug auf Normalbeton erzielte Gewichtsreduktion auf zusätzliche Sanierungsmaßnahmen für andere Bauteile verzichtet werden kann. Um die Effizienz solcher Verstärkungsmaßnahmen abschätzen zu können, wurden an der Universität und MFPA in Leipzig Push‐Out‐Versuche mit verschiedenen Verbindungsmitteln durchgeführt, mit denen das Tragverhalten der Verbundfuge in Holz‐Leichtbeton‐Verbunddecken (HLBV‐Decken) untersucht wurde. Als Ergebnis dieser Scherversuche ist festzuhalten, daß historische Holzbalkendecken mit Leichtbeton auf dem gleichen Niveau wie mit Normalbeton ertüchtigt werden können. Aufgrund der besonderen Eigenschaften des Leichtbetons müssen allerdings die Verbindungsmittel bei HLBV‐Decken enger gesetzt werden im Vergleich zur Anwendung mit Normalbeton, um die gleiche Wirkung zu erzielen.
