Tingkat Kemiskinan merupakan faktor penghambat dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan dalam pembangunan yaitu menurunnya angka tingkat kemiskinan. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT), Jumlah Angkatan Kerja, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Investasi Asing terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Kota/Kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Dengan menggunakan periode pada tahun 2017-2021 sebanyak 13 kota/kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang menggunakan data panel dengan alat analisis Regresi Linier Data Panel yang bisa menggunakan Common Effect Model (CEM) atau Fixed Effect Model (FEM) atau Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa model yang terbaik untuk menganalisa adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa variabel-variabel yang di teliti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021. Variabel indeks pembangunan manusia, jumlah angkatan kerja dan produk domestik regional bruto berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan, sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan penanaman modal asing berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kemiskinan sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat kemiskinan kota/kabupaten di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
