The article reveals the main features of the financial services market and its regulation by the state. The analysis of factors influencing the formation of the system of state regulation and infrastructure of the financial services market of Ukraine is carried out, the current state of the system of state regulation of the financial services market of Ukraine is characterized. The periodization of the evolution of the formation and development of the system of state regulation of the domestic financial services market has been carried out. The results of this study suggest that ensuring the greatest efficiency of the system of state regulation of the domestic financial services market is possible through the comprehensive implementation of a number of measures and actions. In particular, a set of measures is proposed, which takes into account the factors influencing the formation and formation of the system of state regulation of the financial services market, the most pressing problems of the financial services market, strategic priorities for further development of the domestic financial services market regulation system. At the same time, it is established that the priority should be to strengthen the institutional capacity of state financial institutions, increase the level of transparency of their activities, as well as increase the functional efficiency of the financial services market regulation system.
Effective administration of eco-safe resort destinations development requires working out and introducing comprehensive approach to implementation of tourism sustainable development goals (SDG) in public policies to ensure ecological balance, especially of resort destinations, by means of Sustainable Tourism Observatories (STO) organization. Research methodology:A methodological approach to the development of a system of criteria and indicators for monitoring sustainable eco-safe development of resort destinations, taking into account national priorities, is proposed. It is determined that indicators of sustainable development of resort destinations are specific, accessible for observation and measurement, characteristics, norms and conditions that allow to trace changes in the economic development of the resort, its socio-cultural significance for the development of the region, to systematize the environmental impacts, etc. Initially, it is proposed to evaluate as fully as possible a set of indicators for the sustainable development of a resort destination on a five-point scale in terms of: compliance with international practice; intelligibility; availability of data; economic feasibility; reliability. Results:The article substantiates the comprehensive approach to sustainable tourism goals implementation in the state policy of ensuring resort destinations' ecological balance through the Sustainable Tourism Observatory (STO) organization. The main functional tasks of Ukraine resort destinations STO are development of: 1) sustainable development indicators taking into account national peculiarities; 2) methodology for monitoring and evaluation using a set of indicators; 3) creation and maintenance of Cadastres of natural treatment resources and resort destinations; 4) continuous monitoring and making recommendations to the authorities to ensure the sustainable development of resort destinations. Conclusions:The organization of the STO of resort destinations will contribute to environmental safety and environmental protection, economic growth and social well-being of the population. The Cadastre of natural treatment resources and the Cadastre of natural territories of resorts should be the information and analytical basis for the monitoring observatory.
The article focuses on working out sustainable tourism indicators taking into account national priorities of Ukraine. Among national priorities of tourism in Ukraine the varied and diverse natural healing resources (mineral waters, peloids (medical mud), climate, rump of estuaries and lakes, seawater, ozocerite, bischofite) and resort territories are the leading ones. Assessment of the state of natural healing resources and resort territories is suggested as a national priority among nine mandatory problem areas according to UNWTO recommendations for monitoring in observatories of sustainable tourism.
