Швидкий розвиток технічних і програмних можливостей персональних комп'ютерів, розповсюдження інноваційних креативних технологій створюють реальні можливості для їх використання в системі освіти з метою розвитку творчого потенціалу учня та забезпечення наступності навчання між різними ланками навчально-виховних закладів освіти. З огляду на це комп'ютерні технології є ефективним засобом підвищення інтересу учнів до навчання, а в руках умілого вчителя це потужний інструмент для підвищення мотивації уроку, вироблення у школярів уміння здобувати знання самостійно. Питання психології Вісник Національного університету оборони України 4 (57) /2020 83 Purpose of the article is to study the effectiveness of the use of ICT in science lessons in primary school for the development of mental, emotional, cognitive areas of primary school. Methods: empirical research methods: questionnaires and testing, The obtained results are presented using statistical, tabular and graphical methods. Originality. During the lessons with the use of ICT individual and group forms of work are combined, students are formed positive motivation for effective cooperation, which promotes the activation of cognitive abilities of students, stimulates the process of their thinking. The use of ICT in education should be aimed at human development in the modern information society, and it is the school that should teach to use an unlimited source of information-the Internet. Since the visual components of thinking play an extremely important role in human life, their use in the study of material using ICT increases the effectiveness of learning. Performing analytical exercises in science contributes to the development of students' ability to analyze the material studied, to highlight the essential, to draw conclusions. Conducting a lesson, which is a comprehensive application of traditional and multimedia technologies, provides students with not only deep and solid knowledge, but also develops intellectual, creative abilities, develops the ability to independently acquire new knowledge and work with different sources of information. Conclusion. Thus, ICT should perform a certain educational function, help the child navigate the flow of information, perceive it, remember. However, it is important to remember that ICTs should be an ancillary element to the learning process, not a core one, and all stages of work should be clearly planned. Further research will focus on the use of ICT for extracurricular and extracurricular activities with primary school students.
Створення умов для формування творчої особистості здобувача вищої освіти, так і викладача, реалізації та самореалізації власних можливостей в освітньому процесі є стратегічним завданням Дане завдання покликане сприяти динаміці сучасного суспільно-політичного життя та професійного становлення здобувача вищої освіти, зокрема майбутнього психолога, формуванню його мотиваційної сфери для подальшого розвитку творчих здібностей. У ході професійної підготовки майбутніх психологів, соціальних педагогів, особлива увага приділяється розвитку творчої особистості, зокрема як майбутнього дослідника. Підготовка такого фахівця є важливою складовою вищої освіти, тому що особистість, яка володіє гнучкістю мислення, вирізняється навчальною й професійною мотивацією, креативністю рішення, здатна нестандартно вирішувати задачі та зміни, які постійно відбуваються у соціумі, освітньому середовищі, здатна знаходити адекватні форми організації процесу в якому перебуває, оновлює власні знання, уміння, вдосконалює професійні якості та властивості.
Objective: The study aims to clarify the most crucial interconnections of professional motivation with the features of this activity, its dependence on professional motivation and the personal traits of officers. Background: The article presents the results of motivational research of the professional activity of officers. The received empirical data define the differences in visibility of professional motives and aims of activity, means and conditions of their implementation depending on the stage of professional development of the tested. Method: The main research methods are: the study of literature on the research problem; the diagnosis of the visibility of the most prominent motives of the tested professional goals and the aims of their achievement have been carried out with the aid of the developed survey the core of which is formed by the requirements to reflect in its structure the holistic psychological, professional, social and other peculiarities of the MPA of officers. Results: There's been research conducted on the interconnection of professional activity with personal traits and features, which has allowed to determine the peculiarities of personal determinacy of separate motivational components. As a result of this research, it has been established, that the demonstration of professional motives and aims of activity in the process of personal development depends on personal qualities. Conclusion: At the first stage the more significant qualities are considered to be openness to receive new experience, initiative in terms of social contacts, high level of neuroticism, internality in the sphere of achievements; at the second stage – decency, the inclination to approve, internality in terms of interpersonal communication, at the third stage – emotional sustainability, the inclination to approve, internality in terms of life perception, internality in terms of family.
