The use of the model of the state assessment of an enterprise economic security system allows to get a general assessment of the system state and its balance by type of management (strategic, operational, financial, innovation, personnel, marketing). In contrast to the existing models, this one allows to distinguish between the most important types of management influence and to operate with factors that determine the level of their development in the future. In addition, the proposed model allows to assess the balance of an enterprise economic security system and identify its imperfections within a specific type of management.
The subject matter of the article is conceptual and applied aspects of the implementation of the compliance control for ensuring the financial security to banking institutions. The aim of the study is the complex comprehension of conceptual and methodical approaches to the implementation of the compliance control for ensuring the financial security to banking institutions and the development of practical recommendations for its optimization. The tasks are: to systematize approaches to the definition of the compliance control concept for ensuring the financial security to banking institutions; to define the problems of development and legitimation of the compliance control for banking institutions; to study the content, functions and principles of the compliance control for banking institutions; to generalize the features of managing the compliance risk in the banks of Ukraine; to develop the ways for establishing the efficient system of the compliance control for banking institutions and to determine the strategic priorities for ensuring the financial security of banking institutions. The general scientific methods were used, in particular, logical generalization, grouping, analysis and synthesis, system analysis, the graphical and analytical method to visualize the results of our research. The following theoretical and practical results are received: the problems of development and legitimation of the compliance control for banking institutions were determined; the lack of a unified approach to understanding the social and managerial nature of compliance was proved. The phenomenon of compliance is usually analyzed in social, political, legal and economic dimensions. Consequently, scholars did not succeed in suggesting the universal interpretation of the content of the polysemantic category "compliance". An attempt to systematize approaches for determining the compliance control concept to support the financial security of banking institutions was made. The author's definition of the compliance control concept was suggested and the necessity of its implementation was determined with the obligatory consideration of the specifics of the conditions and the place of its implementation. The content of compliance control was studied and the importance of its introduction was emphasized in the context of the system of detection, identification and neutralization of risks, maintaining positive business reputation, minimizing costs and saving bank assets. The features of managing the compliance risk on the basis of the positive experience of providing compliance control to the reliable bank institutions of Ukraine were highlighted. The lack of clear instructions regarding the efficient system of the compliance control in the banking laws of Ukraine was testified. The subject of research of the article is theoretical and methodological approaches to the personnel security of enterprises of the industry provision in a conflict environment. The goal is the substantiation of scientific and theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for improving the provision of personnel security for industrial enterprises in a conflict environment. Objectives: the essence and the basic elements of personnel safety of the enterprise as object of management in the conditions of occurrence of conflicts are defined; of the system of indicators of the assessment of the state of personnel security at industrial enterprises is analysed; the indicators of the assessment of the personnel security status have been researched, the personnel safety profiles have been constructed on the example of industrial enterprises; an integral index of the personnel security of industrial enterprises is defined; ways of countering threats to ensure personnel security of the enterprise are improved. It is used general scientific methods, such as: system analysis, structural analysis, methods of financial and economic and statistical analysis, graphical and analytical methods for visualization of research results. The following results are obtained. The article presents the methodical approach developed by the authors to the definition of the integral index of personnel security of enterprises of the industry, which is based on a comprehensive assessment of the indicators of financial and economic activity of enterprises and indicators of the personnel system efficiency. By organizing indicators for assessing the status of personnel security, 32 indicators have been selected based on the components of personnel security, namely, socio-motivational safety, occupational safety, non-conflict security and safety of life. The personnel security profiles of the enterprise were built and the group of industrial enterprises was grouped according to the profile of personnel security with interval characteristics, taking into account the state of personnel security in a conflict environment. The applied part was realized by performing calculations using the example of the industries of the Kharkov region selected for research. Conclusions. The article investigates the system of personnel security and the basis of its provision at the enterprises of the industry. The authors analyze different approaches to the interpretation of the category "personnel security" and proposed their own definition of this concept. Personnel security is considered as a synthetic category of economic theory, personnel management, sociology of management and labor economics, and is defined as the activity to create conditions for the stable functioning and development of an enterprise, which ensures the protection of the interests of the enterprise from the risks and threats associated with its own personnel and the personnel themselves from internal and external threats such as blackmail, revenge on competitors, attacks on...
