After the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the MSME business sector was significantly affected, data from the Ministry of Manpower and BPJS Employment in August 2021 explained that there were 2.8 million workers who were directly affected by COVID-19. They consist of 1.7 million formal workers who have been laid off and 749.4 thousand have been laid off. Based on the results of observations in August 2021, there MSME sectors in Indonesia that have been hardest hit, namely MSMEs in transportation, services, and tourism. To deal with the current pressures of difficult economic conditions, it takes a high level of self-efficacy from MSMEs to rise from adversity, rebuild affected businesses by empowering themselves through programs, processes, and outputs, these three factors are determinants of MSME self-efficacy carried out to improve return market demand. Through explanatory research, 400 samples were taken. The study aimed to determine the role of program empowerment, process, and output on MSME self-efficacy and their effect on increasing market demand using quantitative methods. Results show a positive and significant effect of programs, processes, and empowerment outputs on increasing market demand through MSME self-efficacy and empowerment output to increase market demand through MSME self-efficacy.
: Curriculum is designed to be the guidelines for lecturers to provide clearer, achievable, and measurable teaching goals. Instructions in a good curriculum should be effective. Students require a suitable curriculum for what they need to learn and for characteristics they have. This research applies qualitative methods with descriptive case study as its framework, to analyze the syllabus of an English Course in Politeknik LP3I Bandung called English for Specific Purposes One: English for Job Seekers. The theories adapted from Hunkins and Allan (2009), Posner (1992), Johnson (1989), Nunan (1988), and McGrath (2002) and Richard (2001). The data were gained from document analysis and interview. The result of the analysis showed that the syllabus of the course has partially met all required aspects expected to meet students’ characteristics and to fulfill the characteristic of quality syllabuses that would enable students to achieve maximum learning achievement. This situation indicates that the syllabus in need of further improvement.

The purpose of this community service is to help Sanfresh MSMEs becomean MSMEs that have better marketing tools and activities that can help sales, another goal is also Sanfreshhas digital-based financial records that can make it easier to analyze sales. The method used in this communityservice is survey, interview, giving material and practicum. The results of dedication to Sanfresh includecreating a more representative company logo, product catalogues and attractive product photos, registeringSanfresh on the Shopee platform, GoMart, to making a website to make marketing activities easier, anddigital-based financial reports.
Indonesia is a country with the largest female population in Asia, 51% of whom are housewives. The consumer behavior of housewives in Indonesia is mostly like shopping at traditional markets, unfortunately since the Covid 19 outbreak they cannot shop as often as possible to the market for reasons. safety and temporary closure of markets to reduce crowd levels in traditional markets, as a result of which traders and consumers cannot interact and transact. There are social media activists in Bandung city who try to both traders and consumers of traditional markets by utilizing chat group Apps such as Whatsapp grup for promote and trade traditional market. Opinion leaders are used as positive spreaders of traditional market products, this business is free for traders, payments are made directly to merchants via bank transfers and use of delivery services by couriers who are victims of Covid 19 dismissal, sales traffic is quite high but no one has tested the impact increase in consumer behavior and product trust.
