Objetivo: Explanar sobre o papel do enfermeiro, desafios enfrentados e sobre as estratégias utilizadas no atendimento a pacientes acometidos pela Covid-19 na atenção básica. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de análise documental, realizada através da busca de artigos científicos na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde-BVS que tivessem com foco principal a atuação do enfermeiro no âmbito da Atenção Primária a Saúde frente a pandemia do COVID-19. Resultado: Na apresentação dos resultados e discussão constatou-se a importância da enfermagem na atenção básica, assim como os desafios e estratégias enfrentados pela enfermagem no âmbito da atenção básica, além disso, foram descritas mudanças relacionadas a um novo modelo de reorganização de fluxos. Considerações finais: O presente estudo buscou ressaltar a importância da enfermagem frente ao combate da COVID-19 na Atenção Primária a Saúde, demonstrar os desafios enfrentados e ações implementadas para a melhoria da assistência.
Objetivo: Identificar a percepção dos acadêmicos de enfermagem acerca dos paradigmas da diversidade sexual. Métodos: Trata-se de estudo descritivo exploratório com abordagem quantitativa, realizada no Centro Universitário Estácio de Sergipe com 53 acadêmicos do curso de graduação de enfermagem, do município de Aracaju/SE, no período de agosto a setembro de 2020. Resultados: Evidenciou-se maior proporção de discentes que se sentiam capacitados em realizar atendimento entre aqueles que conheciam plenamente o significado da sigla LGBTQIAP+ (p=0,004) e aqueles que estavam cientes da existência de alguma política de amparo à saúde para essa população (p=0,042). Existiu distribuição significativa entre ter tido contato com a temática em alguma disciplina e conhecer a sigla (p=0,004), saber diferenciar sexo biológico, identidade de gênero, expressão de gênero e orientação sexual (p=0,015), estar ciente da existência de alguma política de amparo à saúde para essa população (p=0,005), e percepção de peculiaridades do público LGBTQIAP+ que necessitam de maior atenção no âmbito da saúde (p=0,030). Conclusão: Conclui-se que o nível de conhecimento dos estudantes acerca das singularidades e políticas de saúde direcionadas à população LGBTQIA+ é determinante para oferta de uma assistência integral que reconheça os contextos de vulnerabilidade e exclusão a que essa população está exposta.
Objetivo: conhecer as percepções dos graduandos em Enfermagem do Centro Universitário Estácio de Sergipe, sobre violência contra a mulher. Método: Pesquisa de caráter descritivo exploratório com abordagem qualitativa. Foi realizada no Centro Universitário Estácio de Sergipe com acadêmicos do curso de graduação de enfermagem, do município de Aracaju/ SE, no período de agosto a setembro de 2020. Resultado: Os indivíduos eram predominantemente do sexo feminino (97,14%), cor parda (61,43%), faixa etária 25-a 30 anos (67,95%), sem filhos (72,86%). Evidenciou-se que não houve relevância entre o sexo, cor da pele, características pessoais, em sentirem-se aptos ou não a atender mulheres vítimas de violência. Conclusão: Conclui-se que se compreende que a violência contra mulher é um tema que deve ser mais abordado durante a graduação dos acadêmicos de enfermagem para que haja maior preparação para atuação no campo de trabalho frente a esse problema de saúde pública.
A violência sempre esteve presente na vida dos indivíduos, independentemente da época transcorrida, sendo apresentada de diversas e diferentes formas. Deste modo o presente estudo buscou compreender a violência contra os profissionais de saúde no contexto atual brasileiro, tendo como objetivos analisar a violência diante de seu contexto histórico e repercussões até os dias atuais, os tipos mais frequentes de violência praticada contra os profissionais da saúde, e seus fatores causais e consequenciais, e a análise de políticas públicas voltadas a população. Tendo como metodologia a revisão bibliográfica, em material já elaborado, artigos científicos e livros, com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de busca de estudo em bases de dados como: MEDLINE, LILACS, SCIELO e Google Acadêmico, empregando artigos científicos publicados entre os anos de 2008 a 2019. Foram levantados para os resultados e discussão 45 artigos na base de dados e após uma leitura detalhada foram definidos para aprofundamento 15 artigos aos quais correspondiam ao assunto escolhido, dentre eles foi possível classificar os tipos mais comuns de violência contra os profissionais de saúde no Brasil, tais como: a agressão verbal, violência física e o assédio moral. Assim, evidenciou-se a importância de implementação de novas políticas públicas que ampare o público alvo, e ações permanentes voltado ao tema, conscientizando os profissionais a identificarem o tipo de violência sofrida no ambiente de trabalho afim de denunciarem os casos ocorridos.
Objetivo: Avaliar a influência da Pandemia da Covid-19 no aumento de sentimentos depressivos em profissionais de enfermagem. Método: Estudo teórico reflexivo construído com base na leitura crítica de referências nacionais e internacionais, referente à situação da enfermagem no enfrentamento da Pandemia da Covid-19 no período de março de 2020 a novembro de 2020. Resultados: Sintomas depressivos estão predominantemente no sexo feminino, a enfermagem está vulnerável a psicopatologias, pois se encontra exposta a riscos, incessantemente, a desvalorização social e salarial afeta a qualidade de vida desses colaboradores, assim como carga horária excessiva, ausência de materiais e ambientes insalubres. Conclusão: Portanto identificou-se que a classe da enfermagem está mais vulnerável a desenvolver sintomas depressivos devido aos fatores evidenciados nesta reflexão.
