COVID-19 is a respiratory infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 and has been designated a pandemic by the WHO. Health workers are at the forefront of dealing directly with patients to handle confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 so that they are at high risk for infection. Infection prevention behavior is one of the main problems causing infection in health workers. This study aims to determine the relationship between predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors with infection prevention behavior on health workers and non-health workers at the Pengadang Health Center. This study used an observational analytic design, with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used total sampling. This research was conducted on December 16th, 2021 until December 31st, 2021. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS Version 23 with statistical tests Chi-Square method.The limit of significance value in this research is (p 0.05). The results of this study were dominated by female respondents (72.16%) with an age range of 34 years, the respondent's occupa dominated by health workers, while the average tenure of the respondents is 9 years and all responIn bivariate analysis, it was found (p-value 0.05) and (p-value > 0.05).
