Ключевые слова: биоразнообразие фитопланктон сообщества индексы биоразнообразия дельта реки Великой Псковская область Аннотация: В статье рассматривается видовая структура и временная динамика некоторых показателей альфа-и бета-разнообразия фитопланктона дельты реки Великой (Псковская область, Россия) в летний период 2016-2017 гг. Микроводоросли являются важными компонентами водных экосистем, поскольку формируют значительную часть первичной продукции. Они первыми реагируют на любые перестройки в экосистемах, поэтому, кроме ценотического, имеют важнейшее мониторинговое значение. Цель работы состояла в изучении видовой структуры и некоторых параметров разнообразия фитопланктона дельты реки Великой на пяти заданных станциях. Дельта реки Великой представляет собой уникальный природный комплекс, где основное русло реки распадается на несколько рукавов, разделенных низкими, заросшими макрофитами островами. Благодаря особенностям гидрологического и климатического режимов в дельте создаются уникальные условия среды, что отражается на структуре и видовом богатстве населяющих ее фитопланктонных сообществ. В ходе исследований выяснено, что на всех станциях отбора проб на протяжении 2016-2017 гг. доминировал хлорофитово-диатомовый комплекс микроводорослей. При сравнении видового состава микроводорослей 2016-2017 гг. с данными 1990-2000 гг. выявлено значительное увеличение общего видового богатства, что может быть связано как с изменением условий существования экосистемы дельты, так и с методологией получения данных. Средние численность и биомасса микроводорослей в 2016 г. составляли 1.6 млн кл./л и 0.94 мг/л соответственно, в 2017 г.-460.1 тыс. кл./л и 0.16 мг/л соответственно. Количественные показатели фитопланктона в 2016 г. были значительно выше, чем в 2017 г., что связано с температурными условиями и колебанием уровня воды в дельте. Значения обобщенных индексов альфа-разнообразия в отдельно рассмотренных отделах имели существенные отличия. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о наличии ежегодных перестроек в сообществах микроводорослей, причем внутри отдельно взятых отделов они выражены сильнее.
