Purpose of the study: One of the most important terms to solve the problems of the education system is the educational institution’s intellectual capital, which significantly transforms the role and functions of the modern educator. The purpose of the article is to identify the essence of the University's intellectual capital and to justify the trajectory of its development, due to the needs and capabilities of education stakeholders. Methodology: Based on the methodology of education quality management the article justifies the leading role of quality education as an imperative of the University development. Intellectual capital is considered from the standpoint of organizational resources that determine the cost of the final product – the quality of education and the competitive position of the University; its development is carried out based on the project-target approach. Results: Modern requirements for the intellectual capital of the educational organization are revealed, the role and essence of pedagogical activity of teachers of higher education institutions in its formation are shown. The importance of continuous improvement of hard and soft competencies of University teachers as a way of incrementing intellectual capital is shown. The adaptive model’s design of University teachers’ career strategies based on design-target mechanisms is presented that determines the organizational development of the University. Applications of this study: The results determined the possibility to consider organizational and human knowledge and competence as a special type of investment to improve the functioning of the University. The recommendations for the construction of models of the University intellectual capital management are presented. The article is intended for employees of the education system, educators, researchers, and heads of the University departments. Novelty/Originality of this study: The contribution is made to the theory of the University’s social and cognitive management based on expanding the powers of quality management in the field of intellectual capital management.
The relevance of this article lies in the need to study educational tourism as one of the ways to motivate students in educational process. The article discusses new technologies in the educational process, which must be made more saturated and practically applicable. Visualization and the ability to implement the acquired knowledge can interest students and increase their interest in learning the information included in the curriculum. The purpose of the study is to analyze the importance of educational tourism for students. Research methods: As research methods, the following ones were used: questionnaire survey of participants of educational tours and free-style interviews with teachers and organizers of educational tourism, allowing identifying such characteristics of educational tourism's value for students as awareness of participants about the project, previous personal experience, interest and satisfaction with the project. Research results: the article considers the importance of educational tourism from the point of view of its participants like students, accompanying teachers, from the point of view of the organizers of the tourist and educational project. The novelty and originality of the research lies in the fact that educational tourism is considered as an alternative to educational activities, which allows not only to make a trip, but also to acquire new knowledge, skills and abilities during it, which will be learned much better than just memorizing the material from the book. It is shown that the value of educational tourism can be assessed if there is knowledge about its components such as interest and personal experience of its participants, satisfaction or dissatisfaction with certain elements of the educational tour, awareness of the project possibilities, features of the organization and implementation of the tour. It is revealed that educational tourism performs not only directly educational, but also socially significant functions for society. The study shows that the project participants perceive the educational component easily and without difficulties and there is a high interest of students in educational tours. It is revealed that the accompanying notes a positive dynamic in the interest in the educational process after participation in the project. Both its participants and its organizers perceive the possibility of expanding the project positively. It is determined that the greatest difficulty in the organization of educational tourism is caused by the lack of support of state structures, which in turn causes difficulty in entering new sites where the project can be implemented. It is shown that the educational component of the project is positively evaluated by both direct consumers and teachers in terms of the correctness in the construction of the narrative and semantic parts. The Article Relevance. In order to build the state of law and civic society, it is necessary to increase legal education of all citizens of the state in the field of human rights and freedoms, forms and methods of their protection. It is especially important to involve young people in this process actively, instill in them the desire to know more about their rights and show more interest in the legal field. The aim of the study is a systematic analysis of the legal consciousness of young people and the forms of organization of legal education of young people. Research methods: as a research method, a questionnaire survey was used as a method of collecting primary information, which allows determining the level of development of the legal consciousness of students. Research results: the article analyzes the forms of organization of young people’s legal education; recommendations on the use of forms of organization of young people’s legal education are developed.
В статье рассматриваются особенности профессиональной подготовки курсантов военных образовательных организаций высшего профессионального образования МО РФ. Выделена специфика современной образовательной ситуации, характеризующейся острейшими социально-экономическими конфликтами и политическими противоречиями и обусловливающая новые контексты деятельности преподавателя на современном этапе. Автором представлены обновленные требования, предъявляемые к современному военному специалисту. Проводится обзор современных образовательных технологий, являющихся основой оптимизации образовательного процесса на уровне организаций высшего профессионального образования МО РФ. Дана характеристика образовательным технологиям, обладающим наибольшим потенциалом в образовательном процессе военного вуза, сгруппированным согласно специфике и целям применения: технологии интенсификации познавательной деятельности обучающихся; технологии взаимодействия субъектов образовательного процесса; технологии оценки результатов образовательной деятельности. В статье представлен потенциал современных образовательных технологий в сфере формирования модульного системного мышления как практического подхода к восприятию мира, который значительно ускоряет способности анализировать, принимать решения и учиться. Автор доказывает необходимость совершенствования преподавателями навыков использования образовательных технологий, позволяющих позитивно мотивировать обучающихся к учебной деятельности. Знание специфики представленных групп технологий позволит преподавателям образовательных организаций высшего профессионального образования МО РФ добиться качественных результатов. Военной академии материально-технического обеспечения имени генерала армии А. В. Хрулева, г. Санкт-Петербург Аннотация. Цель исследования-представить основные направления развития инженерного мышления студента в процессе обучения иностранным языкам в вузе. Автором раскрывается актуальность развития системного инженерного мышления в современном мире, предложен синергетический подход в качестве методологической основы данного процесса. Показаны уровневые характеристики инженерного мышления. Научная новизна исследования заключается в том, что структурированы и описаны возможные формы работы, используемые для совершенствования системного инженерного мышления в ходе изучения иностранного языка. Полученные результаты показали, что реализация преподавателем предложенной модели и способов обучения способствует развитию системности как основополагающего качества инженерного мышления будущего специалиста.
