RESUMOO presente estudo bibliográfico apresenta um diálogo reflexivo sobre a constituição do ser docente na perspectiva da Pedagogia Cosmocena, busca compreender quais as contribuições da Pedagogia Cosmocena na construção do docente. Ressalta por meio de um olhar compreensivo hermenêutico possibilidades de atuação docente para além da dimensão técnica. O estudo contribui para a ampliação de pressupostos epistemológicos da didática que abranjam a dimensão humana, questionando a racionalidade instrumental muitas vezes presentes na constituição do ser docente. Assim, possibilitando outras formas de conceber os processos vinculados ao âmbito da Educação, a Pedagogia Cosmocena instiga a busca por novas metodologias de ensino, concepções de avaliação, propostas didáticas e, sobretudo, outras epistemologias à constituição docente.Palavras-chave: Pedagogia; Docente; Pedagogia Cosmocena; Hermenêutica. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TEACHING BEING IN A COSMOCENA PERSPECTIVE ABSTRACTThe present bibliographical study presents a reflexive dialogue about the constitution of the teaching being in the perspective of the Pedagogia Cosmocena, in order to understand the contributions of Pedagogia Cosmocena in the construction of the teacher. It emphasizes by means of a comprehensive hermeneutic perspective teaching possibility beyond the technical dimension.The study contributes to the expansion of epistemological presuppositions of didactics that cover the human dimension, questioning the instrumental rationality often present in the constitution of the teaching being.
